I ordered a half-and-half strawberry frosty, and I got a third of the cup filled with strawberry syrup on the bottom. Pay for a large guy, a small and a side of Strawberry syrup.? When I asked the guy what happened there? He simply said it settled to the bottom didn’t realize it could settle in the 90 seconds. It took me to get from the order screen to the window.… I’ve gone there before and order a large and they’ve given me a cup with Still over an inch of room to the top of the cup.

After a nice long day of work, my coworker and I decided to treat ourselves to some Wendy’s on the way home. Ended up being a TERRIBLE decision. We order a root beer & Dr. Pepper to drink, when the guy at the window is handing them out to us, we ask which is which, & he says “Up to you.” We just laugh it off, but then we get our food and leave. They forgot my meal ENTIRELY. They didn’t give us straws or any sauce in the bag. My coworkers burger had multiple small pieces of something HARD in her burger. We called twice to see if they’d be willing to remake our order correctly, and were sent to voicemail. Overall a very disappointing experience, and that’s coming from girls who work in customer service & can understand a hard day.

All the Wendy's on the south side of the county are owned by the same franchise are are superb! They are owned by a Christian couple who used to have signs in every store announcing that the way their stores reflects their service to God. They state that if you ever have ANY complaints, bring it to the attention of the manager and it WILL be dealt with.
The single store on the Beaufort (north side of the county) has always been simply abominable. The normal time to get a sandwich used to be 30 minutes per person. The last time I went to it was 3 years ago and it only took 15 minutes, but the cashier was rude and I had to go over and correct my simple meal order twice before it was entered correctly and it was still not what I ordered. The difference is as between night and day.

I don’t hold too high of standards for fast food. That being said, possibly the worst food and service I’ve ever had from this spot. I didn’t show up at closing, I was hours early, yet my food seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for most of the day. The chicken was rubbery on the inside and might as well have been coated in granite it was so hard. My Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was almost a real cheeseburger and I think it had bacon on it, but that’s still up for debate. I ordered 3 sandwiches as well as buffalo nuggets, all sandwiches had lettuce and tomato on them, but even the vegetables were horribly wilted and barely there. I will give some credit to the fry guy, my fries were phenomenally fresh.
Horrible is the only word I can use for this experience.
