Stopped at the 9215 Evan Way locationlast night and asked for hot food.Immediately I heard a worker yellingand cursing with the drive thru windowclosed demanding that I take the foodcold. Another worker returned to thewindow telling me to drive up front andthey will bring my food back out to me.But what they didn't know is that I markedthe bag to see if they'd return the samefood. The worker that told me to drive upfront brought the food out to the car witha ridiculous expression on her face andwould not make eye contact. As shewalked away I looked to see if the bagwas the same and you already know itwas. These are the kind of people thatwould drop your food on the floor pick itup and serve it to the customer anyway.If you work in customer service but hateserving customers you really need to findanother line of work. Beware of angy foodservice workers. Only God knows whatthey'll do to your food before serving it.I'll never eat at this place again in my Life.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Going into a fast food place my expectations are already low but the dining room was disgusting. Holes in the wall. Dirty floors. The food was fine but the service was awful. They just stared at us for seconds before acknowledging us. Didn't give us the right food. Customers AND THE MANAGER arguing with customers over not giving them their correct food. Even after being told they'd be given the right food. Awful service.

Literally no joke my food was covered entirely in saw dust. I guess they must be renovating. Terrible business model like you can’t close down the store to do renovations like anywhere

Sitting on line for 15 min. 10pm and lights turn off. Hours say open until 11pm. Went to the window and asked why they weren't open and they said short staffed. So they were short staffed at 10:00 but they were still open. I don't understand that it's one thing if you have different shifts but if you're open at 10:00 and you're normally supposed to be open till 11:00 why are you closing at 10:00? It's not like you have another shift coming in from 10:00 to 11:00.

Always a busy line. The staff is rude besides 1 lady. They need to find a different job if they don't like it but clearly they are to lazy to do anything even excel in the fast food industry. Beyond a horrible experience haven't been back will always go out of my way to different location or chain restaurant

I am a loyal customer because I live near you, I don't understand how the staff here work, they always miss my food many times. I made it very clear that they were racist because I was Asian.I just arrived a few minutes ago and wanted some ghost peper ranch and they didn't even understand what I was ordering. I will never order here again

I never know what to expect at this particular location and almost thought the atmosphere had changed..but unfortunately it didn't. Friday 8/18. Disturbance between staff members alot of cussing and loud laughter while daughter and I dined in. An older lady was trying to tell them better and another two more employees trying to comfort the young lady being bullied. Wendy's you never WHO or WHAT your customers pay attention to. Keep it PROFESSIONAL at all times.

She took my order while mouth open chewing a wad of French fries.The new fall staff is really bad. They don't respond when you say things like "hello" or "thank you". Just blankly look through your head.Also on my recent trips the food has been hard and stale tasting.I'll probably have to go somewhere else.
