I entered the store and the employee had somebody on speakerphone on their cell phone. Whoever they were speaking to was more important than working, as the employee just stared at me over the register.
I just went and used the bathroom instead of paying for anything and left to go get a sandwich at a locally owned establishment.
These sort of jobs should go to teenagers who have something to strive for, not misanthropes who would rather you just leave them alone than work. Who would want to eat a sandwich made by somebody so bitter?

Avoid at all costs!!! If the food was free I wouldn’t go back. For a sandwich shop they can’t seem to make a sandwich in less than 30 minutes in the store. Took more than 1 hour for them to make 1 sandwich ordered through UberEats. 3 drivers abandoned the order after they arrived at the store. Interior of store is dirty so it makes me wonder what’s happening behind the counter.

Ordered three sandwiches, had the spiciest amount of Horseradish on two of them, but like pockets of it not spread out.Ordered the Elvis sandwich to give it a try because I’ve heard of his legendary sandwich. The one I got from here had bacon on it and the smallest amount of peanut butter it was like a sub roll with bacon and a light sprinkle of peanut butterAlso ordered fries and they were raw, hate to say it but we tossed one of the sandwiches and the fries because they were flat out bad

I've never been here before and the system is definitely different than I'm used to, but everything was great. I had a BLT, no avocados, fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was great. The bread didn't get soggy, even later, when I finished my food. The fries weren't too salty, but just right. And the milkshake was delicious. Everything came out in a timely manner. Alexis was accommodating, patient, hardworking and provided great customer service. A customer was being rude to her for no reason, but she still provided them great service with a smile. It ended up getting busy after I sat down to eat and she was the only one working during lunchtime. She still continued to do her job with a smile. Give this girl a raise!!! ??? Hard workers are rare these days. Harder to find and even harder to keep!!!

1pm on a Monday. We were the only customers. We asked for water cups, got charged $1.99, No biggie right. $4 lost. The staff forgot our fries, who cares. We didn’t need them anyway. The wicked sandwich was a joke taunting us with 5 meats and 3 cheeses. Then once we got it it was not as sold, snore.I wouldn’t recommend this location

Didn’t want to believe the reviews from what my husband and I read, because we both love which wich so much. We are from Ohio and vacationing here so we were excited to see that this shop was also here. We went in today around 12:15 to get a sandwich and saw that a family of 5 were sitting in the dining area waiting for their order. There was one lady working behind the counter and also taking orders. We waited at the register for 15 minutes and didn’t get our order taken. This wasn’t the workers fault, she was working alone and she apologized and told us she was almost done. I decided to walk to a table and sit and let my husband order and the tables were filthy. The whole restaurant didn’t look clean to a point we decided to pack it up and leave. And even if we would have waited another 5 minutes , we probably still would have been waiting to get our order taken. Especially since customers were coming in that had online pickup orders and hadn’t gotten their orders either.So disappointed. This location needs more staff and for it to be cleaned. Other which wichs don’t look like this one.
