I been here 3 times and all 3 times were perfect. Food came out amazing and I was more than satisfied. I will say that on busy nights it will take a little longer than the online estimated time. But other than that great workers, great wings. I like that my fries were crispy. This is the first wingstop that ever did that, usually they are kind of soggy. But yea dont listen to the negative reviews, most of them are people complaining about not answering phones.

Food delivery bad forgot all sauces, changed out our flavors, went back the next day for a hopeful redemption but they were still closed 10 minutes pass open time with a worker out front “we’re backed on staff” so no wonder we didn’t get sauce. I’m not one to complain but coming from out of town and never having Wingstop I was looking forward to it but it’s not worth it save your money I spent. 60$
If they didn't have mentally challenged ppl working here, orders might not take so long

This store is awful! My order was supposed to be ready at 7:43 and when I arrived at 7:45 it was not even started and there were other people waiting that hadn’t had their order started either. My order wasn’t done until 8:20. Terrible customer service didn’t even keep anyone updated. We always try to give this store another chance but it is always something like this and the workers could care less. Last time we ordered on line and paid we pulled up and the store was closed hours before it was supposed to and the workers were just inside staring at us wouldn’t even open the door. Will never give this store any more money absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely, rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty workers. The two females that helped me when I went to pick up an order or by far the rudest nastiest and unprofessional I’ve ever seen we get it. You hate your job. If that’s the case don’t work there don’t take out on people spending money there. If someone says thank you or have a good day you rolled your eyes and scare at them, not acceptable. If someone doesn’t hear you ask you for the name and then you ask what did you say and then yell in the customer face. BWW is right next door never go here anyone
