X Golf Hilton Head

I have no idea how this place isn't more popular. Me and my friends went here blindly to use the Golf sims and it had way more than we expected. Pool, darts, shuffleboard, food, and a golf shop along with the simulators, and it was completely dead. Why do more people not come here? It was such a fun time even just to hang out.

First time visiting and the service was amazing. Faith, was our bartender, she was attentive and made the experience extraordinary. Will definitely return.

Stopped in for a quick bite Wednesday afternoon. Great atmosphere if you are out for a fun time relaxing with friends and who isn’t. Got beer and their chicken wings. Wings were awesome. Service was a 10 out of 10. After walking around Tanger II, this is just what we needed.

This place is awesome. Chaz and Maddie took great care of our group. The food and drinks were excellent and we had an amazing time. Will for sure be coming back again from now on. Definitely worth checking out if you're considering it.

Shuffle board was great,food was great and service excellent. Just wish could of have a single demo on the virtual golf but I know it's expensive so no worries kids played corn hole and on putting green and loved it. Thanks again for the great service Kevin ?

This was my first time playing at Xgolf Hilton Head. My two sons joined me as they have an interest in learning how to play golf. We had a wonderful time. I saw a few reviews that said service was not the best however we had a completely different experience. The service we received from the time we walked into the door was awesome and above what I would have expected. Both David and John we great, checking in with us constantly as well as providing some very helpful golfing tips. David spent probably 30 minutes giving both of my sons personal golf instruction at no additional charge. I felt the food was great, service was great and will definitely be back.

Parking: Located at Tanger outlets, which can be difficult to find parking at very busy times but I have always managed to find parking every time I have been to tanger

Kid-friendliness: The staff worked very well with my smaller children, they were very attentive and my kids thoroughly enjoyed this and already asking when we can go back

Golf itself was great. Service and food were not. Manager needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

Attentive staff that are there to make sure it's a good time, friendly service, and of course the golf .

Really cool place kinda like top golf, but better food. The pool shuffle board and pool tables are free play. The virtual gold is also a pretty sweet thing.

Poor management, had to track down someone to show us how to use the simulator as it was our first time, had to track down someone for drinks but most of the time couldn’t get a drink, had to track down someone to order lunch and track down someone again when we didn’t have our hot dogs which took over an hour. We booked three hours on the simulator and wasted half our time trying to track down staff. They sat a ton of people in the restaurant and claimed they were short staffed … then don’t seat more tables!! Simple fix because then you wouldn’t have customers feeling ignored for three hours! If we had actually had service we might have gone back but to ignore customers and continue to seat more tables was just ignorant on their part. Only seat what you have staff to service.

This was our first visit and it did not disappoint! We didn’t call ahead for a tee time, so we had to wait a couple hours, but the time went by fast when we were able to play some shuffleboard and darts while we waited. We also had some cheeseburgers and wings which were delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a fun time!

Very accommodating customer service...squeezed us in without reservation (will be subject to how many reservations they have). The area was very clean and had enough space for each bay. They have rental clubs, a decent set too, that we were able to rent and enjoy. The food was as expected and drinks were enjoyable! Very fun time here, recommend to anyone traveling through!
