Cashier seemed snotty. They were having kitchen issues and their was a line waiting for food. Good thing we were not in a hurry. Did came out straight from oven so that was an upside to their problems. Food was very tasty.

I go to different bojangles almost every day. Always oder same thing, buttered biscuit w extra butter. Most of the times I get the extra butter. The biscuits are big and better than the other places but you need the extra butter or the biscuit is dry. I think sometimes they might think they're putting on extra but biscuit still dry

Visiting the area, ordered pick up in the app. When we arrived we clicked the I'm here button so that our food would arrive carbide. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to ask about our food, which was setting in the counter. I explained to the manager about the wait and she proceeded to tell me thsy they ignore the sound they get from the I'm here button because they assume it is a door dash order. Ummm, not ok. I asked if my order was ready, the girl at the counter...
