We had a very unsatisfactory experience with this baker through my employer this week. We ordered a cake for a coworker's farewell party. The cake was not what we expected for the price of $60! My manager was very unhappy about the money we spent from our budget for this. The flavor was so-so, nothing to brag about; the frosting was grainy and sugary, not smooth at all. Plus it was not very "neat" looking. The layer of frosting on top was so thin that you could see the cake through the frosting, even though she stated there was two layers of frosting. There were cracks in the cake at the top and bottom. The wording was wrong, and I had to wait for it to be fixed, and wasn't happy with the look after the edit. I did not even receive an apology for the mistake. As a matter of fact, the owner/baker was rather rude about it. We won't be recommending her or ever using her in the future. I don't like to leave bad reviews and try to support local business people, but in this situation felt it was warranted. You can judge for yourself if it's a $60 cake from the pictures I've added.

Not only was the design beautifully executed but it was a moist and tasteful red velvet cake! Thank you again! Recommend 10/10.

Simply … delicious!! I hired Cindy Lou Who’s for my wedding. I went with a non-traditional option of cupcakes with a small topper. My wedding was outside this month, we didn’t “cut the cake”, so cupcakes worked best for our guests. The amount recommended when placing our order was perfect … we came home with 4 extra cupcakes and our topper cake. Everyone raved on how great the cupcakes tasted .. and they were equally beautiful. The colors were perfect and honestly more beautiful than I expected!

The cake for my daughter’s wedding was not only beautiful but it was delicious! We got the vanilla bean with buttercream icing and it was so moist and flavorful. I will be using Cindy for all of my cakes!

Cindy Rose is the most creative baker I have ever seen. She made the best PBR birthday cake for my husbands birthday I have ever seen. Had a suspended bottle of beer pouring out on the cake. It is a sure joy and pleasure watching her create tasty art.
