Clock Restaurant Boiling Springs

Just need to work on the parking. You can't get out because of the people in drive thru. They act like they don't see you trying to get out the parking spot. Thank God we didn't have anyone beside us because that's the only way we got out they don't care at all when they start lining up in the drive thru and the line is going past the front door we can never get out you would think people would hold up a little when they see your back up light on they still pull behind you and you can't get out

Parking: When you park in a parking spot near the door side, you can't get out because of the people in the drive thru and they act like they don't see you trying to get out. My husband and I have this problem almost every time we come

This place is kind of quirky, with styrofoam cup and a check that is scribbled on a piece paper tp be figured out by the cashier. My frien and I both had grilled chicken sandwiches. Terrible,

The food was hot a delicious. The waitress was extremely attentive and made sure we always had drinks and whatever we needed. I can’t remember her name but she was an older lady. She had a beautiful spirit.

The clock is one of the restaurants that I love to go to because I am forever reading the menu and saying to myself "I didn't even know they served that here". Everything they have is always good and the staff are fast and friendly. I would really recommend giving them a try.

The food was excellent I just wasn't crazy about the chili but it was very hot and very fresh and the waitress was very good

Worst food ever! Hot dog was soggy and feel apart,no onion rings in the order but I paid for them,flounder plate SOGGY cole slaw was sour, chocolate cake was old.Asked for no gravy on the potatoes but yep, gravy.Called and spoke to someone since the owner didn’t want to take the call. He relayed messages like bring the food back and we will refund the money.. wow, the customer service is awful!I paid 46.00 do.Lars for THIS?

I have eaten at the bowling Springs Clark dozens and dozens of times and the food is always good. But today I went through the drive-through and ordered a ribeye steak sandwich with french fries and onion rings $18.53. I live 30 minutes away in North Carolina and when I arrived home the plate contained only french fries and onion rings. I called the store and asked for a refund and was told that I would have to bring the original plate back. I explained that I was 30 minutes away and was told that I could come another day but still had to bring the original plate with the french fries and onion rings. This is very poor customer service and I will never eat at this location again.

Ordered a bacon chili cheese burger took 2 bites, and the top and bottom was filled with mustard as if I could get a new one.they took my food then the manager has a another guy come tell me they can’t make a new one.bad service and bad management. Then gone tell me they can bring my food back. Who’s wants it after everybody has touched it?

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I ordered a side of chicken salad (their chicken salad is amazing!) in the drive through. First of all, the young man at the window was so pleasant and smiling so big, even though the drive through and the restaurant inside was packed. When I got home and opened the box (the box was a regular sized to-go box, I was expecting a small one since it was a side) I was so impressed with the presentation! There were two big scoops of chicken salad on a bed of lettuce each, a stack of tomatoes, a bundle of dill pickle chips, and two slices of thick American cheese, each item separated with foil and so nicely packaged. I expected a scoop of chicken salad in a little to-go container. The group at this Clock just goes above and beyond. I will always be a fan! Oh, and the mushroom swiss burger is amazing too! Please guys, don’t change a thing.

Every one here is polite and courteous. We have yet to get a less than perfect order for carry out. Food is really good and lots of options

Visited this location several times. Always good food and service. First time ever getting their baked chicken. It was delicious. Will definitely get this again

Everything was good. I had given my order but didn't get 1 of the dinners... wound up not paying for it either ? so apparently they didn't hear me on that one.

Just a couple of Michiganders passing by. We stopped here and had SUPER friendly service. Food ready FAST and very good. Average prices, extremely large amount ofmenu choices. Good sized portions too!

The waitress we had was the absolute sweetest lady I've ever met she was an older lady, with a great attitude and so friendly. She made sure our drinks were full and our food was right and we had everything we needed, sure wish I could have gotten her name so i could tell y'all to sit in her section. I know she was in the first section soon as you walked in the door. Short, grey hair, cut short with the prettiest smile that would light up the entire room!!! Next time I go, I'll find out her name and make sure I post it next time!!! Anyways, if you go to the clock just look for the brightest smile in the room and you've found her!!!

Clock Restaurant is one of those local institutions that you can't help but eat at if you live in the area. Every time I come here, I'm treated with a smile. I don't even bother with looking at the menu anymore, because I know what want as soon as I walk in.The thing that really gets my attention is how FAST they serve you. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes for my food to arrive, which is amazing given the volume of guests that go through at lunch rush.In a world of homogenized, cookie-cutter restaurants, it's nice to know that local institutions like Clock not only exist, but thrive.
