AMAZING place. Borsch A+, cheburek is divine, coffee is ground and made to order. Great selection of slavic products, from pastas and teas to pickled tomatoes and Soviet sodas. I wish I lived in the area so I could become a regular. Я люблю тебя русский магазин))
My favorite (so far) of Spartanburg's many Central and Eastern European grocery stores. The selection is excellent (pelmeni, pierogi, cookies, cakes, breads [try the Lithuanian-style brown bread, which has a hint of apple], meats and cheeses, and some fresh produce). An added bonus is that they make and sell fresh borscht, cabbage rolls, and other Eastern European fare, for dine-in or take-out.
