“Dawn with Cakes by Jan Spartanburg made us a SpongeBob themed (if you know the reference you will appreciate this) Cheesecake for my wife’s *25th* birthday. The cheesecake was hands down the best cheesecake any of us have ever had!! Dawn was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I was so excited to try a SmallCake! I was visiting family in Spartanburg and heard how great they were. I called two separate times to find out the available flavors and the young lady that answered the phone was so informative and friendly. When we arrived the next morning, we felt like we were intruding on this other staff person's time. We had to call out, hello, to the kitchen for her to come wait on us. When she did come, we greeted her not the other way around. She did not offer any explanations about the flavors as we clumsily figured out what we wanted. When she rang us up, I realized that it would cost the same amount to get a few more cupcakes to make a full dozen. The waiter should have informed us of that. Before I could get my wallet back into my purse after paying, the waitress went back into the kitchen without a word. My husband called out, Thank you, as we left. She responded from the kitchen.
The cupcakes were all delicious! I didn't care for the pink frosting, but that did not put a damper on my pastry experience. The lemon was just subtle enough in the lemon drop; yum! Cookies & cream, peanut butter, wedding cake, coconut, fudge, etc...all were sooo good.“
“I noticed they had new hours and stopped in. This place is very cute and a great place to stop in and get snacks. They also have a few essentials to put on your bread like spreads, jams, canned meat, gravies, etc. Great prices and the service is good too. I really enjoyed my visit and will stop back in again!“

“I ordered a Strawberry Cake for Mother's Day 2024 instead of the cake ordered, a Lemon Raspberry Cake was delivered. So I gave the cake away to a family at my church because my mother didn't want that cake. I contacted the website and have yet to be offered any kind of remedy for their error.“

Crystal and her staff did a great job, assisting me with the right cake for the amount of people we were having, decorated it beautifully and everyone wanted to know where I got it. “Shipping and receiving open from 7am to 3pm Mon-Fri. You enter from Howard St. Across from the Sheriffs Office. Been here multiple times and they took me early. Loading and unloading takes about an hour. Overall nice place! If you found this review helpful please like ?“
“If it wasn't for leaving cardboard boxes and shipping materials in my trailer it would be a five star I got to my appointment about 20 minutes late they were very friendly and quick for unload they even offered a couple boxes of crackers that was very nice of them but Carl the one that unloaded me should really start cleaning his mess out of the trailers and not leave it for the drivers“

“Sometimes we get a burnt batch but not the last time. When you have enough help you can multi-task effectively. So with the summer coming in with a blast, I pray they are fully staffed with customer service oriented individuals to handle to load. Happy Spring Fling 2023. The prices are a bit much also.“
