I just received my Gluten-free coconut cake to share with my family, it probably is the most delicious cake I've ever eaten, and, I use to have a cakery so that's a huge compliment from me. The coconut is mild and delightful and the buttercream matches it perfectly. I couldn't stop eating it even while it was still frozen solid. I highly recommend! I will be ordering more. thank you!
