“Usually cookout is really awesome. It sucks to have to leave a generally negative review. The guy who gave me my food and change did not look at me, or talk to me whatsoever. And worse than that, I fell for the marketing campaign of the fresh watermelon milkshake, which is easily the most disgusting milkshake I've ever tasted in my life.
With that being said, my normal cookout locations, in Greensboro, North Carolina, are exceptionally well-staffed, and most of the food I get there is normally great. Maybe whichever City this is in just does not hold the same pride in their location.“

“A must, must visit if you are in the area. Just a slight detour off the interstate and well worth it to visit a historic hot dog diner. This establishment has been serving the locals since 1953 when the mills flourished and folks needed a quick hot and affordable meal.
I went for the 2 dog plate with all the toppings (mustard, onions, and chilli) then I added coleslaw just cuz that is how I like them. The crinkle cut fries are crispy and hot... Everything was so good! I got them to go.ao I could sit outside on the picnic tables with my puppy. I do feel I missed out on sitting inside with the locals and the friendly staff who are so down to earth I felt like family stopping in.“

“I eat lunch here 2 or 3 times a month. Never been disappointed! Hot dogs are very good! They have a great hamburger. I get mine with mustard, chili. onions and slaw!!! The Taco Grande is also good!“

“Best fresh milk shakes to be found. The double Oreo has almost as much Oreo as vanilla shake! And the Peanut Butter Banana, and Peach Cobbler are musts!
Note some locations have limited sit ins, rest just hang out or take home and enjoy!“

“I’ve always been a big fan of Five Guys, so seeing that Boiling Springs now has its own location is fantastic news. If you know Five Guys, you know exactly what you’re getting — great burgers, incredible fries, and food that always tastes fresh.
The burgers are outstanding. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way you want them, with plenty of topping options so you can build it just the way you like. But let’s be honest… the fries are legendary. That big scoop of hot, perfectly salted fries in the bag is one of the best parts of the whole experience.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything came out quickly. It’s just a solid, dependable place to grab a great burger and fries.
Boiling Springs definitely needed a place like this, and I have a feeling this location is going to stay busy. Safe to say I’ll be having lunch here quite a bit. 🍔🍟“
