Don’t bother. Nothing is ever right at this location and they are very slow.Our last entire order consisted of the incorrect amount of mozzarella sticks, a burnt pretzel twist, and a flat ocean water.

If you love Sonic, go to a different location. The people who work here do not care about being helpful or courteous. My drive-thru order was incomplete, and incorrectly fulfilled. I received a chili cheese tots instead of a chili cheese Coney. Quality is below average when you do receive the correct food.50 dollars of food cannot be held in a bag made for one 13 dollar combo. When I asked for a bag since the one I was given was torn, I was handed one even smaller bag! That wasn't gonna cut it, and I'm very comfortable with asking for what I need to make my trip home and into my house a successful one.I was very condescendingly told, "I will take care of that for you YOUNG LADY" by an employee at the window that was likely not much older than my daughter.TLDR: mediocre food when they get it right, service is AWFUL; if you want Sonic go to Spartanburg or on up the road to Duncan.

I would normally leave a better review then this but please tell me why I pull into this location on 2/26 to see a man standing outside of the building- behind the trash can smoking WEED! You could smell it from the drive thru not only that he was pretty visible, my child was the first one to notice him.This was at 8:00pm.The name on the receipt is Trey, whom i assume is the guy that was smoking because when we pulled up to the window he came in went straight to the window to help us.Management needs to be aware of this…Wonder if our order will be right.

Had to pick up a delivery order for someone through Doordash, I came through the drive thru (it was late at night) and told them through the intercom I had a pickup and WAS TOLD to pull to the window. So I did, when I got to the window supposedly they said no one told us that and we had just pulled up without any notice to their window. They were very rude and when I told them someone did tell us to pull up, they laughed at my face and slammed their window in my face. I believe they need new management and employees there if that is how they treat people. I understand it is a long day but still no reason to be rude to anyone. They also don’t seal the bags for their Doordash orders. It’s very unprofessional and at the point anyone could take anything from the bag without notice and just blame it on the store. This was not the first time this has happened either. Every time I’ve went I’ve been met with bad attitudes and a bad experience overall.

Burger was not fresh and taste like the meat had been laying out all morning or left over from the night before. Sonic use to be so good and now they are horrible and just sorry. Also food cold even the fries. You’re better off going home and cook your own burger and fries. Don’t stop here. Pissed I couldn’t take the food back due to being on break! ????
