This is by far the crappiest subway I have ever been to. I ordered online and do not know how to request for refund! Hopefully I’ll figure out. My churro was hard as a rock, neither of my subs were toasted. Bread is like it wasn’t cooked & veggies are ROTTEN!!!!! Smh!

They don't take coupons because their "system is down." yet they're taking online orders, credit and debit cards and wifi is working. Employees were very rude about me not seeing, their computer paper sign written with a faded marker.

The lady who took our order gave us an attitude as soon as we stepped in the door it was 6:30pm on a Sunday and there were no customers there. We were completely nice I said please and thank you yet the lady wanted to keep the attitude. My child, man and I ordered a sub each. I won't go back if she is working. I hope she gets fired or someone puts her in her place.

Whatever girl that is working at the 8676 ash hwy subway on march 5th at 6:45 needs to be fired. My child is sick and I order two easy to make subs online and have someone go out of there way to pick them up so my daughter has what she really wanted to eat and they are completely wrong. I don’t even see how you mix up different meats or sauces when it’s written on the order. I simply and politely call to see if she can remake them and she said rudely “what’s wrong with it”. I start to explain and she just hangs up the phone. I call again and she hangs up once more. Then she wouldn’t even pick up the phone! Beyond rude. If you can’t treat customers with kindness then you shouldn’t be in the customer service field. I want a refund. I will never eat subway again.

This location decided since I didn’t leave them a tip they were gonna double charge my card 114 dollars for 4 sandwiches and now I call to try to figure it out and get cussed out by some lady very unprofessional.

I accidentally ordered from this restaurant thinking it was another. They closed at 9, but since I didn’t realize my mistake I didn’t arrive until 9:10. They willingly stayed opened and were so kind to let me pick up my order. I give this store a 10/10.
they really need some better workers in this location. every time i order my orders are wrong. Today i ordered $40 worth and subway just gave it away to someone that wasnt me and lost it. They wont give me my money back even though its there fault. I never got my order and never got my money back. I will never be ordering from subway at this location ever again. SUBWAY GET SOME BETTER WORKS
