Fill in the blank Chick fil a always... Neglects to include the sauces I ordered. Unless asked and added at the counter or I check before leaving with my carry out, drive thru, or app order, my sauce order rarely makes it into the bag. So frustrating and disappointing.

Food is great…. But the freaking wait for a carry out was ridiculous… I ordered ahead and even made it start before I got to the restaurant. Decided to do the carry out and not drive thru because usually it’s quicker to just go in a pick it up and we have a baby that gets impatient in the car… wasn’t a good idea it seems

I find it absolutely insane that I placed a mobile order, including a Cobb Salad, only to arrive at the restaurant and be told to pull around to the front to wait for my order. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, not waste it.
When I got there, there were at least five or more cars ahead of me, and yet somehow a simple salad still wasn’t ready. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete waste of my time. If a salad can’t be prepared in advance for a mobile order, then what’s the point of offering it?
At this rate, I’m seriously considering not ordering from Chick-fil-A again, especially not for a salad. I’ll be better off going to Zaxby’s!
