Restaurant was really clean and the staff were friendly. Ordered dinner for my son last night and it was well prepped and the service was really fast. It’s hard to stop by and find a bad chick fil a. Really great company

Updating my review—While the staff is still very friendly, the last few visits have been disappointing. Have had issues each time with items missing, wrong items included, or special instructions not being followed. Just an overall lack of attention to detail or ability to just close the deal in general. The drive thru seems to be taking longer recently as well.

Just moved to Camden a few months ago. And I would say don’t leave the drive thru before you check your food. They shoot 50% here on forgetting one thing to three things on your order. And that’s not even an exaggeration.
Worst chick fil a I’ve been to in the country. I could’ve went to McDonalds to have this service.

Waited at the takeout menu to order for over 15 minutes no one said anything to us then comes out to young men working on tablets took them a few minutes to get their mics working. Couldn't pull out or forward to get help as to all the cars there. Would of been nice if someone on the speaker would of said something to myself and the car next to me as to what was going on but nothing was said nor was it knowledge when I said something to the young man or the lady at the window when I got my food.
Went there tonight with a mobile order and waited over 15 minutes in line for someone to take my name. When I got to the front to have my name taken, it was apparently shift change or a break, neither employee acknowledged me or said anything to me, they talked with each other, but not me. Then waited in the drive thru lane only to be told to pull around to the front and wait for my food, others behind me passed me with their orders. When they finally came out with my order they forgot one of the meals. They told me that my order was being made fresh and would be hot... by the time I waited for the missing meal, my food was cold. I then waited again while the manager was sent back to retrieve items again missing from my order. Staff was rude and dismissive. Management was 0 help. I won't be going back to this location and won't be recommending it to anyone.

Food was good, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. When it was my turn to order the cashier just starred at me and didn’t say anything. She didn’t smile at all and had a demeanor as if I was inconveniencing her for being there. I will think twice about returning to this location.
