This Starbucks Coffee Company is considered the best around by many, with the friendliest staff and great service. The staff are kind, friendly, and cheerful, making customers feel like a VIP. Orders are always correct and ready in a timely manner. One staff member writes the cutest messages on cups, such as "shaken with love" on a shaken oatmilk expresso. The lattes are always on point, and it is the cleanest Starbucks ever visited. The people, food, and drink are all excellent. However, the menu board placement at the drive-thru is a problem. The menu board is placed after the intercom board, making it difficult to see. If there is a line, a car cannot back up to use the intercom. This weird placement prevents a five-star rating. Despite this, the staff work really hard, and the coffee tastes better early in the morning.
