I just had a couple of beers, but the service and atmosphere were spot on. I had a bad experience at this Chili's years ago, but today they redeemed themselves.

Dasher here.I will preface by saying I haven’t gone to chilis in a while on my own account, but usually have an okay experience.
However, recently I went to pick up a door-dash on a decently busy night . This was an order that was requested by the merchant(chilis). I waited patiently for 15 minutes for the To-Go host to finish up a to-go call she put on hold, walked away from and still came back to . Her manager came up to help her void something off the order from the phone call, and asked if she needed help (I assume with all of us waiting) and she declined the help saying she had it , even despite 3 people behind me waiting.
Still, I gave grace understanding how hectic a busy night in a restaurant can get. I finally get asked what I needed and I gave her the doordash name. This doordash was already 10+ minutes overdue. She said it wasn’t ready yet and I kindly asked, okay do you know about how much longer it will be? (Mainly because I was on a double dash and already had someone else’s food waiting). She; instead of checking to possibly ask someone, or being even the smallest amount of helpful or courteous at the very least, she stated rudely “idk it’s busy soooo” . I would’ve literally been satisfied with even a made up answer and a smile but instead, I got an attitude .
I walked out and took the hit to my acceptance rate and pay. I would have stayed and waited if she wasn’t so rude. I believe her name was Erin. I will no longer doordash nor dine here. This place has gone downhill since TC isn’t the manager anymore.

Took awhile for the food the kitchen was slow or something I applied awhile back to be the gm for this store but never heard back from them I guess they enjoy slow ticket times

Queso was served Ice cold, asparagus was dry and inedible and my Ribeye might as well have been rubber with how chewy it was.
