My family and I placed an order to go. The food didn’t taste the best, we could tell the food was cooked too fast. A couple of items were missed from our order and my boyfriend got sick. When I called back, the lady said I could come back to pick pick up the missing item but I told her no because we lived too far. I spoke with the mgr and he said he would mail us a gift card that we have yet to receive.

This Chili's is one of the better Chili's in the "Columbia" area. Our server was very friendly and tried hard to give us great service.
The food was fresh and cooked nicely. Chips and Salsa are always great and adding queso is delish.

We greatly appreciated Bonnie's attentive service and ensuring our well-being throughout our visit. The bartender, whose name we regretfully did not catch, He also instrumental in providing an exceptional experience. We look forward to returning.
