I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

We are seniors with not living on a tight budget plus living 20+ miles from town (any town) so eating out is a real treat for us, usually. The restaurant wasn't busy at all when we arrived. We both ordered the Big Mouth Bites dinner, then we waited more than 40 minutes for our meals, which arrived barely warm, and everything was cold within five minutes, and the burgers were black and dry as dust. My husband hadn't eaten lunch so he choked down his burgers with lots of sauce. I asked to see a manager and he was very apologetic and said he'd get us some hot fries, but we were basically through eating by then. He did comp one of our nearly inedible meals but we were very disappointed and won't be going back to this Chili's again for a very, very long time, if ever.
