I ordered my food on Sunday and ordered 10 boneless wings, chicken tenders, and cheesecake bites. I paid for my food and realized that they charge me for 20 boneless wings and the rest. I said to myself that’s no big deal I’ll put the rest away for later. I got my food which took a while and went home. When I got home I realized that I got the 5 chicken tenders but the rest was wrong with two chicken tenders plates covered with lemon pepper sauce. I called the Camden store and spoke with two people that already knew what happened because they switched the food with another customer. I live far out and was coming back that day so she took down my name and told me to give it to them when I came back they would remake the missing food. I came back two days later and did as instructed only to have a manager come out and call me a lair and tell me I now need a receipt and just wanted to argue. I told her I didn’t care enough to argue with her and left. FYI I got home and did find the receipt but I’m not going back. The other food I got Sunday was so nasty I feed everything to the dog. I already made this post on Zaxbys feedback site. I just wanted people to know how bad this was. Also I’m pretty sure the guy who brought the food out to me was high.

Got my order wrong and served me a milkshake. It’s thick so I asked for a spoon and they said they don’t have spoons. Don’t serve milkshakes if you can’t provide spoons.

I haven’t been in a while because of the line, but this time, it was super fast and the food was on POINT. Had to brag on them because I crushed that food faster than I ever have. Sad about the quesadillas being gone, but I know it was temporary. Hopefully they bring them back, but the Big Zac Snack and the Cookies were so good. I can’t wait to go back!!

Had a mobile order and they said it wasn't ready and pulled me into curbside parking. Never brought me my food for 20 minutes and had to pull back into drive threw to get it. Food was cold.

I'm not a big fan but that doesn't mean you won't be. My family loves it. I'm just not a big chicken guy.

I won't be coming back here again until management and employees change. Ordered 2 cheese curds at $5.20 a piece and this is what they gave us in each. Pretty much 8 pieces in each. I can go to the store buy a box for that price and have triple of what we just got. We used to get more in our order but now every time we go we get less like this. The employees are rude as hell won't address you let alone fix an order if it's not correct. Camden needs to do better!

I was surprised that my food was prepared before I had a chance to set my drink down at a table. Food was hot and fresh.

This place is the worse Zaxbys in South Carolina. Don't go here unless you like bad service. The drive thur is like a drive by. If you don't check your food you should not drive off until you have.

I go here at least one a week amazing food traffic can be bad at times but it’s worth it
