Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered the dry rub lemon pepper wings and they were the best that I've had. The employees were very courteous and service was fast. Loved this experience

Manager has terrible customer service skills & y’all still owe me my butter cookie milkshake.

Usually get hot food and a good presentation. However today when I visited. I was asked to pull up for my food. Got down the street and decided to start eating only to be disappointed at the presentation and the temperature of the food. My food was warm and not hot like it just came out of the grease!

Mobile ordered my food and it was as over 20 minutes past the time it was to be ready. Never ever again Shoulda went to slims chicken.

I drive a truck and had limited time, so my Wife went and got food (4pc chicken plate)when they opened and brought it straight to me, 2.7miles away...I was on the phone the WHOLE time.. food was cold.. fries were soft like they were old, the chicken was BS looked like nuggets but a touch bigger, half the size I've had at ANY location in the last 10yrs

Food isn't well prepared pieces of chicken are small. Also the employees are passive-aggressive or just plain rude especially if you correct them on your order. We gave it a last chance.

Not a busy night, took over 30 minutes to get food because they couldn't find a bread bun. The store is not clean, counters, floors and card reader at register greasy, soda machine filthy. Lots of staff but not enough people doing something productive.

The service was terrible and the workers struggled to complete my order I asked for two of my meals to go big extra fries there was not enough Ive worked at zaxbys before and the portion was incorrect when I went inside to get it fixed it took 3 workers to understand I just needed a bit more fries and the attitudes I received was unacceptable highly upset

inside to see my food sitting on the counter. I pick it up and it’s all cold. The wonderful lady in the front proceeds to go you want it fresh or what? I tried to explain why I was upset it was cold. She cut me off and said fresh or not. I said sure. She snatched the bag out of my hand and threw and I mean throw across the room in the trash. I then wait 10 more minutes to get food I’m worried about eating because of her behavior. To continue on the whole front of the house starts talking about how they can’t wait to get off and smoke weed. Absolutely wonderful to listen to while I’ve waited 30 minutes at this Zaxbys for a kids meal. She then proceeded to fuss at the boy just trying to change the trash about how he should get a write up in front of everyone. If she’s a manager, she’s the hands down worst person I’ve ever seen manage anyone. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her as a customer and let alone an employee. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behavior. While everyone in the back is fighting to get orders out because the front cannot stop messing everything up.

Absolutely sucked! For about a year now they have been closing 30 minutes before the actual closing time, and never have what you asked for. The past 3 times I’ve been they have told me I can’t order, and they are out of chicken. I’m someone who loves zaxbys and this has gotten out of hand. I’m not happy about it at all. The workers have gotten lazy.
