Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I was surprised that my food was prepared before I had a chance to set my drink down at a table. Food was hot and fresh.

This place is the worse Zaxbys in South Carolina. Don't go here unless you like bad service. The drive thur is like a drive by. If you don't check your food you should not drive off until you have.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the Zaxby’s in Camden. I had been trying to get in touch with someone named Courtney regarding a job inquiry since last Friday. I was told to call back on Monday, which I did, only to find out Courtney wasn’t there. I called again Tuesday around 11am and asked to speak with her, and was shocked by how aggressive and rude she was. She cut me off mid-sentence and snapped, “Anything about a job, don’t call here until 2,” in a very nasty tone. There was absolutely no reason to be that disrespectful. If this is how they treat people on the phone, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. Extremely unprofessional.

Curbside shouldn’t even be offered here!

These people are great. Even with the line around the building, they are quick and the food is delicious.

Zaxby's in Camden is a great place for quality food and Excellent Service! We've had nothing but positive experiences at this Zaxby's. The Chicken tenders are delicious and definitely worth the money.

Visiting SC for the week, I went to Zaxby on Wednesday and a young woman whom had braids with red highlights and glasses seemed to have a slight attitude when taking my order. I shrugged it off as maybe it just was me. Returned today Friday and the same young lady didn't assist me but after checking my order I asked walked up to her at the counter as she was filling napkins and said hi may I have an extra zaxby sauce. She never said a word nor looked at me, just so happens the gentleman who took my order overheard me. She proceeds to turn to look behind her, he hands me the sauce and she turned back to me and kept filling the paper towels. Horrible attitude and customer service skills, how hard is it to do the job you applied to and serve the customers and knowledge customers who are directly speaking to you.

Everytime I come here after 6pm service is super slow and employees seem rude, would leave 0 stars if possible
