The food was amazing. It was prepared fast and served hot. It actually came out in a dog bowl which was surprising yet hilarious!
The staff was timely and friendly.
The environment was inviting and relaxed. The patio area was where I chose to enjoy the meal. Walking out to the patio and seeing an open air and shady (screened in) view of the fall foliage was a nice experience. With graffiti on the tables, walls and chairs was a nice touch. It makes for a fun environment for children to leave bits of art while dining. The graffiti definitely has stories to tell with some I spotted dating as far back as 2016. Not sure if "Billy Bob and Charlene" are still in love or not, but it was a nice touch. Pumpkins are also for sale as well, so support local and give it a try!”

“I went up to the store at 11:30 pm and rang the bell, the attendant came out and greeted me with kindness and a smile. She made my sub with in a reasonable time I got home and ate a delicious sub. 10/10 good food great service!”

“Our trip to Mountain Brook Vineyards felt like a little escape to Burgundy, France. We had the best time at Mountain Brook Winery!! The place is gorgeous and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Just when we thought the afternoon couldn't get better, Dave, the vine maker himself came over to check on us. You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience and this touch made us feel so special!”

“Every dish was exceptional. We had mussels, lobster bisque, the Pasta Flight, the Shrimp and Grits flight , the Coastal Flight and the 509 House flight. I wish we had had room for dessert. The service and food delivery was perfectly timed. Just an amazing meal.”

“Stopped by just before closing & had a delicious piece of gf Lemon cake. My husband had the gf fudge brownie, also wonderful. We were very impressed with the owner Bailey. We own a couple of independent similar cafes so we can appreciate the amount of effort she puts in to her cafe. I don’t know how she does it but the made from scratch goodies & cappuccinos were top notch. We plan on going back as much as possible!”

“I found this coffee shop online on Sat, 12/23/23, when I was searching for one nearby since Buck 'N Brew (Landrum, SC) & Tandem Creperie (Travelers Rest) were both closed. I'm so glad I found this shop! Once I heard from Lori (1 of the owners) that their maple latte was made from maple that was driven down from VT (I'm originally from NH), I decided to try it - SOOOO good! Denis (Lori's hubby) told me their milk was from a nearby farm, so I got that in the latte; it was so smooth! I also ordered a trio berry scone that was yummy! So impressed with this place & the friendliness of the owners! I'll def be back to try the Winterberry drink. MERRY CHRISTMAS & TY!”

“Highly recommend Open Road as it’s mine and my boyfriend’s favorite coffee shop. It’s usually pretty busy in the morning, and for good reason, but it’s definitely worth the short wait in line. We’re currently obsessed with the honey walnut scones, and the iced beige latte is my go to. Everything is fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is so welcoming and cozy, and the baristas are awesome. Shoutout to Robert for the outstanding customer service, and for always going above and beyond!”

“Chips and Cheese is one of those places that just gets it right—every single time. The service is always friendly and fast, the food is ridiculously tasty, and they’ve got the coldest beer in town. I love that they always have music playing and a salsa bar that takes it to the next level. You even leave smelling like you’ve been somewhere worth it (in the best way). On top of all that? The prices are just as good as the food. Makes it even easier to keep this place in the regular rotation. Big thanks to the team—y’all crush it every time.”

“We had lunch today at Naruto Sushi Bar and Ramen In Columbus, NC. The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The menu is extensive with both elaborate ramen bowls and great appetizers. The interior of the restaurant is bright and spotless and there is an outdoor deck. What a super find!! Highly recommended!!!”
