Drinks were great. Food was great. The service was less than great. I couldn't understand the guy taking the order; I guess he handed the mic to someone else...she couldn't understand ME...said "huh?" Or "what?" Multiple times. Frustrating. We really liked the stuff when we got it, though.

Service is hit and miss with this location. 1 day everything may go as planned, the next time, service is terrible. Went by this location twice in the past two days on my way to work to pick up my morning coffee. Ordered ahead both days for walk in pick up. Both days got there around 7am or after 7am and they have the lobby doors locked and made me go through the drive through even though the posted store hours for walk in are 6am-7pm. Both times there were at least 2 to...
