When yesterday afternoon had to wait for a seat 20 minutes but dinning was almost empty. The waiting area was full. Then 2 girls go out and put a sign on the doors saying (We are closed because of electric problem) Didn't say anything to us but my Daughter called and said the door is lock she was outside
No one could explain the sign. that's the 1st time in 15 year since I have been there and it's the last
Very Very bad place to go.
Went with a party of 8 so obviously we knew there may be a little wait which was fine. We got there and checked in at 3:45 and were told it would be a 30 minute wait which was okay but after 30 minutes we went back up to the desk to ask about the wait time again which was told be another 15 minutes which was told to us 5 or 6 more times, then finally was told that they weren’t seating anyone until other tables had left well this went on for 2 hours until we were finally seated....read full review

Red Lobster is a restaurant with a great selection on the menu and a friendly staff. While some of the servers seemed overwhelmed and the initial service was slow, the manager, Vinny, stepped in and provided excellent service, making the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and the food, including delicious lemonades and hot, fresh appetizers, was top-notch. Vinny ensured that the group celebrating a 91st birthday had everything they needed and made the occasion extra special with his humor and attentiveness. Be sure to say hello to Vinny when you visit this location!
