Food was terrible...beer not much better...service terrible

Super cool venue, the outside area and stage is very nice. The bad part is it takes about 30 minutes to get a beer or just order food. The food is good if you want to wait 1 hour to get it. You definitely do not have to worry about getting over served here, if you time it just right you may be able to get three beers within 4 hours.

The solo singer was blowing people away with his typical country standards. The seats near the stage were all open, despite the crowd if that tells you anything. We had to go inside, on a day like today. It hasn’t been like that before so I wonder what is the deal. Come on Steelhands you can do better.

We stopped in to this restaurant to have a bite to eat and kill some time before the Blake Shelton concert. We waited 45 min for our food while other people who ordered after we did around us got their food. My husband went to check on the food and guy came back and said there were 4 orders ahead of ours. I tried to explain we ordered before the other people around but didn’t care. Finally a waitress came by and said there was an issue communicating with the kitchen and didn’t have part of our order. I’m very disappointed with this place and will not be back.

I was highly disappointed to find that the establishment did not offer any stouts or porters. Despite this, I attempted to overlook the omission and enjoy the evening. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated further when the burger I received tasted far from fresh. Considering the high praise from others, it’s possible this was an off night. However, based on my experience, I won’t be returning.

Atypical location, between steel/gas/concrete factories, but close to the town. Lots of tables inside and even more outside. Great beer menu. Food is rather limited to sandwiches, which did not impress us, but would come again for the overall place. Staff was very friendly too.

Recently we had a farewell party at Steel hands, the event was held in the beer garden and it was excellent! Alyx was very helpful with booking the event, she made it very easy. All staff members were polite, kind and happy to see us! The beer was (chef's kiss) delicious- they released their coffee lager during our event. Even with multiple orders the food came out in a timely manner and the kitchen staff was also very friendly! We will be back for our next event.

I HIGHLY recommend hosting your event here, there is something for everyone of every age! Great outdoor space, great tap room, live music, outdoor games, the list could go on!

I always make it a point to stop at a brewery on all my vacations. I am glad I picked this one! This was a great stop! Great selection of beers on tap and the staff was great! Live entertainment was also awesome! I will be stopping back when I come back to the area!

Great local beer spot! I love going to local breweries when travelling and if you are in Columbia this is a spot I would be sure to visit. Beer and atmosphere were great! Loved the Beer it Forward Concept!

First time I went I had a great time the second time the guy asked for my ID and they didn’t take Apple Pay

I went tonight at around 7:30. Tried to order a burger and the kitchen staff informed the lady at the window that all of the meat was frozen and now thawing so they can’t make a burger right now. I inquired as to how long it would be if I was okay waiting, as almost half of their non appetizer menu is pretty much burgers and I really wouldn’t mind a little bit of a wait… Was then told that they just can’t serve burgers tonight.
I then look at the menu again and finally order the fiesta nachos. Was then informed that they were out of the “fiesta” toppings so it would have to just be chips, meat, and cheese. At this point I felt like I was holding the line up and just said that was fine and moved on.
I got my nachos pretty quickly, but the other people with me had to go inquire about their food TWICE after waiting a rather long time! Twice they were told that they were plating the food and still ended up having to wait more.
Then, when I went to pay, the nachos were $20! I didnt have a chance to look at the price when I was ordering because I was having to make on the fly decisions when my first option wasn’t available, but I was not expecting ANY nachos to be that expensive, much less ones that were missing half of their ingredients.

Great spot for music and beer. I had never heard The Reggie Sullivan Band but am now a big fan. They played here the Friday night we were in town for the USC football game. Lots of seating inside and out. The beer was excellent as well.

Really fun atmosphere here for people of all types and ages. Room to run around if you bring littles.
