As a Trini, I enjoy good island cuisine. I recently discovered Trini Lime Caribbean Cafe online and drove 1.5 hours for food. I was not disappointed because the food was worth the drive. Also, the sorrel and ginger beer drinks is authentic. Owner, Sullange and her team provided excellent customer service. If in the area and looking for good island cuisine, pay them a visit.
First time I’ve had a chance to eat here, and their food does not disappoint! I had the roti chicken, potatoes, and cabbage, and everything about that food was on point!I highly recommend!
