They had a sign drive thru only, I watched over an hour They unlocked and let in some old men than locked door back I seen lots of customers going to the locked door they couldn't get in , I went to the door with another retired couple we tried to get someone to open, than we walked around the other door 9 old retired guys in there eating, still couldn't get in , I walked back to my car turn around to look the couple was running to get in There, a worker unlocked the door for them than locked the door back, I am 63 on disability

Went in about 7pm and ordered 2 $5.99 meals to eat there. Fries and burgers were literally cold. Awful meal we couldn't even choke down. Definitely not fresh by anyone's standard. Told the employees that it was terrible as we were leaving and they just smiled at us. Learned my lesson to never go back.

Fast food has gone down hill. The food quality and presentation was sloppy. The staff was undertrained. The dining room was dirty and much of staff was standing around at 3pm. Nor busy.

Every time I have been to this Hardee's has been a very good experience. I usually go 2-3 times a month. The food is good and the restaurant is clean, but the customer service is the main reason that I go to this specific location. Danny is a great example of what customer service should be. He is efficient, always has a smile and a kind word, and he seems happy to be at work. He doesn't know it, but I have been there, having a hard day, and his kindness turned my whole day around. Thank you Danny and all the staff at this Hardee's.
