Im so sorry it took me a bit to put up here but my husband & I had went here Thursday evening. Ordered my food. Got home and took about 2-3 bites out of my cheeseburger and I looked down and saw my burger pink. I used to work here and while back. I was a little disappointed that this happened. I never, hardly ever, leave a 1 star or bad review. But I'm just giving all of yall a heads up.

The Hardee's on Hwy. 93 in Central (Amanda / window and Leo /grill).Went to Hardee's last night (11/14 at 5:30-ish pm) to try their new Frisco burger with the candied bacon. I know, I know ??There was 1 car ahead of me at the drive thru then 5 more cars lined up behind me. I placed my order, asked to substitute American cheese for the Swiss on the burger, no salt on the fries, and no ice in the drink. I know, I'm a bit needy.The girl (Amanda) was very pleasant while taking my order, verified everything and asked me to pull up to the window.After I paid for my order the girl disappeared from the window. She was no where in sight! I mean, I was sitting there waiting for 10 minutes with nobody in sight, the cars that were behind me were still at the board waiting to order.Finally the girl shows back up. She apologized for "the really long wait," said "it was only her and the grill guy (Leo) working, nobody else because nobody wants to work."She apologized again for the wait and said she was doing the best she could.and gave me my food.I thanked her for my food, and told her she was amazing, and that she was doing a great job. A big smile came about her face and she said "thank you!"She apologized again for the wait. I wished her a good night and drove off.But before I left the window I heard her starting to take orders again, and was very pleasant about it.Man, I have no words...that girl WAS amazing! She and to grill guy held it together! The food was neatly wrapped and placed carefully inside the bag, and was well cooked.The girl had ZERO attitude...I really commend her and wish her and the cook the best!Thank goodness none of the cars lined up behind me started beeping their horns or getting ugly about the delay!The whole situation was extremely humbling!Hopefully something good will come out of it for those two cos they deserve it!

I came in to get breakfast the crew and mangers were so nice and my food was amazing my biscuit was so light and fluffy,has browns cook just right out of 1 to 100 they get a ? thank you mangers and crew for a great experience.
our team came in the restaurant 35 minutes early before they closed and the woman who was taking our order was very rude and constantly caught an attitude with each one of my teammates. it is not our fault they decided to clean up and close everything early. The woman's name was michelle

The drive-through employee was pleasant and got our order correct. The food was just bad though. The fries had so much salt that they were inedible. The burger didn't have enough salt and the ketchup was very sour. It gave me canker sores immediately! The chicken strips were the only redeeming factor so I gave an overall 2 stars.

Probably spelling her name wrong, but Simone had AMAZING customer service!!! My girlfriend and I wanted to grab a late night snack and she served us at the drive thru. I wish there was a survey or something to show my appreciation to her, but she definitely deserves a raise!!! Thank you Simone!
Biscuits are excellent! The workers are pleasant and efficient! Clean and cheerful place to eat breakfast!
