*** Edited to add: the management did email an apology and offer to make it right. That goes a long way in my book, I’ll give them a 2nd chance…First time order and it’s been a cluster - I’ve actually never been more disappointed in a food delivery order - first they forgot my 2 liter drink so I called to have the charge removed and there was no effort to make it right or an apology for any of my orders other issues - The bread on the $9 sandwich was wet & soggy, the calzone has RAW dough inside of it because it wasn’t cooked long enough so isn’t even edible - and the taco pizza didn’t have the $1.50 add-on sour cream, and there was no salsa to speak of - the hamburger meat has no taco seasoning so it’s more like a burger type pizza - the lettuce on top was so sparse you’d think there was a shortage - seriously, this is the worst food experience I’ve had because I can’t even get any of my $ back for what I didn’t receive or what wasn’t edible - the employee claimed I have to contact door dash even though I ordered via the Palmettos website and door dash says the restaurant has to refund me - so no one is doing anything to make it right. Not okay ?

Honestly if I could give this place a no star I would. I placed an order online waited nearly an hour to get my food. They handed my order off to a delivery person and they brought it back after leaving and handed it to me. Who knows what they could have done to that food when they walked out the door witb it. When I recieved my order they still gave the wrong pizza, if you're gonna charge people extra please check your food before handing it out.The attitude and atmosphere you can sum up as, "I don't care and I don't want to be here". Very sad.With this kind of service and negligence I can't honestly give it a positive review. Best to stay away from this place if you're hungry and don't plan an eternity to get your food.

I brought my daughters and my grandkids down to Clemson to see the homecoming decorations. We stopped in to eat some pizzas (2) and breadsticks (2). After an hour and a half, we finally got one order of breadsticks with no sauce. People who came in 30-45 minutes after us got their food. If this is the way the restaurant runs, I would shut it down and cut my loses. I can't even evaluate the food, because we gave the breadsticks to the grandkids. The waitress needs to find a new line if work. I have been so disappointed by a restaurant in my life. I have nothing good to say about the restaurant.

Great cheese, bread! Delicious marinara sauce with it. And garlic Parmesan boneless wings were awesome! That flavor was not even on the menu, but they made them for me. This is a wonderful small business, where the owners are involved, and they make sure the quality is there! check them out! Support our small businesses.Kid-friendliness: Nice and big, with room for kids. Great restrooms. Bring the whole family!Parking: Free parking in a big lot right outside the front door, with wheelchair access.
The food would have been a 5 star but I ordered a pineapple dessert and pepperoni pizza which both tasted like onion and peppers it wouldn't have been such a disappointment but it was for my 3 yr old grandchild and he doesn't like onion and peppers so I don't know if I will try it again but we'll

The food is never the problem. Ordered food to go, was told it would be 30 mins. Got inside and food was not done. Waited another 15 mins ( with no line i might add) to realize the third of our order, A SALAD, had not been started. Not to point fingers but walk to the front desk and you'll see the issue.

We moved to South Carolina 2 years ago and finally found our go-to pizza place. We’ve been here a few times this year and haven’t been disappointed. We ordered a butcher shop pizza with Alfredo sauce and a club hoagie sandwich. Both were excellent!
