We've been to Rails a few times before and may have even written a review, but tonight was clearly not the night to go. I came in around 630 for dinner with my two toddlers. The waitress was nice, and attentive, but that was about all the positive I can say about this visit... well the pork rinds were good. We waited an awfully long time for our food, and it wasn't even busy in there. Then, my daughter's burger was raw inside, as in RAW, and my wings barely had BBQ sauce on half of them. I asked for a manager and when she came she didn't say anything other than "here let me see that burger" then she took it back to the kitchen without me even saying what was wrong, so I had to assume the word overheard me telling my toddler not to eat it yet didn't say a word about it until I asked for a manager- I really don't know. I appreciate that the burgers are hand pattied but it took a while to get a new burger, so then we had to sit and wait for my 3yr old to mess around with the new burger. I will add that although this is a super cute little place, when you talk it sounds REALLY LOUD so it didn't help that I repeatedly had to hush my two toddlers the entire time to ensure they weren't bothering anyone else. Also, in the past when we've had to wait they've offered pork rinds but tonight we sat for so long waiting and finally right before my food came out I asked if we could have some just to occupy us until the food came out. Overall it just wasn't working for us tonight, but I will say that the manager did discount the bill so that was the only saving grace after an hour and a half sitting there to have two kids meals and 6 wings. Oye.

This place is awesome!!!! We had reservations for our jeep group with a party of 15 and they were great. Our tables were ready for us when we arrived and our waitress was nothing short of awesome!!! Thank yall for having us and we look forward to seeing you again soon!!!!

The food is great, the quality of everything has only gone up since they opened. I enjoy sitting on the porch when the weather is nice. The staff is always very kind and welcoming.

I hate to leave less than 3 stars so I’m going to leave it at 3 stars. Our friends have raved about the food here so my husband and I decided we would go for lunch today. My mom owns restaurants so I’ve been raised around the service industry and love supporting local businesses! This has been on our list of local spots to try.Unfortunately, as pleasant as our waitress and the hostess were I’m unsure if we will be back. We sat at 12:10pm, our waitress came over shortly after. We ordered our food (Caesar salad with grilled chicken, quesadilla and a grilled cheese) by 12:15pm as my husband only has an hour lunch break. Our 2 year old was with us and growing increasingly hungry and tired.. I felt awful that she was starting to get restless. At 12:50pm we had not received our food or any communication as to what the hold up was so we decided to leave. There was a man who was sat after us, got his food promptly and paid all before 12:40pm.As we were leaving the hostess told us she would comp our meals and bag up what they had ready. We truly appreciated that gesture and she tried her best to make it right. I got to the car and gave my daughter her grilled cheese and fries- fries were bone cold, grilled cheese had definitely been sitting for a while. My salad was good, but it had also been sitting as the lettuce was soggy. My husband’s quesadilla was warmish.Overall, the food was good despite the circumstances. I’m unsure if it’s a kitchen issue? I’d say if you’re going to give it a try, allot more than an hour of time.
