We order from here quite a bit and today when we have placed the order I ordered a home run plus a couple of additional ones there might have been five pieces of meat on it in which it was supposed to be 33% more me and double the cheese when I set my mother back to have them remake it the guy just threw it on the sub in a game my mother a big attitude and at first he didn't understand why I was supposed to be more so I called the gentleman whose name is apparently Marco who said he owned the subway and ask him why is somebody orders a certain sub that's supposed to be more meat and cheese and it's not if that's what they order and then said they're giving attitude and then he proceeded well you don't need to come here no more if we see your order we're going to cancel it I thought when you run a business you run it with respect and courtesy why would somebody expect you to pay more for a sub for more me and more cheese when you don't get it is this Subway just looking to skim people out to make more money we didn't go in there with an attitude my mother is not that way she just said hey hun is it supposed to be more me and more cheese in might have gotten it mixed up with how much but especially if you own the place when did you know the menu and what's on the subs I just want to give everyone a heads up but if you order a sub and you don't get it how it's supposed to be made whatever you do don't go in and let him know because you'll get an attitude and then you won't be able to order from them again so it would be more I'll just take the lost and give them your money cause it seems like that's all they want

Feels like no one is working. Waited about 30 minutes for a sub that I ordered online. Just to come in to it not being made and people walking into the door and getting their order made before mine.

Literally the worst subway i’ve ever been to. I walk in no one greets you in and keep in mind the store was freshly open and no one was in there getting food except me, the customer service is awful. I asked for turkey they did not give me any except for a little my dad asked if she could add more and her response was do you want double turkey when there’s was barely any in the bread so there was no need for double. Also behind the counter was a little girl which I find not appropriate for a little girl to be in. The veggies looked old and the place didn’t look clean.

Walked in and was taken care of immediately. I thought the service was improved from recent visits and the employees behind counter are to be commended! Food was tasty.
Even though their hours posted say they are open until 10 pm, they close at 9 pm. I get off work at 9pm arrive by 9:15 and they are always closed.

This is the worst Subway I've been to. There's 3 employees behind the counter. 1 customers eating at a table. I'm standing in font of where you order. No one spoke to me literally 5min. Then the girl doing the bread said she will be with you shortly speaking to the girl that was behind the meat. Waiting for another 10 minutes literally no one said a word. I just turned and left. This is so sad !!! Subway used to be good. The manager and owner should be discussed with this crew working there.
