I placed an online order for curbside pick up. There are NO designated areas for curbside. So I used the drive thru because I was in a hurry & there was no line. I pull up & give my name, they tell me to pull to the window. I get to the window & they’re high school aged kids goofing off instead of working. I knock on the window & ask for my food again. They hand me a bag. I have to knock on the window again & ask for my chips & drink which I paid for because I did the combo meals. The kid tried to argue with me that it’s not on the receipt. So I pull up my online receipt to show him but he doesn’t want to look just continues to argue with me. Mind you I’m in a hurry. Finally he hands me the drinks & then I ask again what about my chips. He said “damn big back you already got cookies”. I paid for the chips, I expect chips. I have never been treated so rudely at an establishment.

This place has really turned around since new management took over! It’s clean! The employees are super sweet and thorough! The produce and meat is top notch and the bread is better than it’s ever been at this location! You can tell it’s baked fresh on the daily! Love this place and so thankful I don’t have to drive to Pendleton anymore! Way to go guys! Keep it up!

SEPTEMBER 21, 2025 Just absolutely terrible got a foot long and omg not edible! Very unclean place and people ridiculous service and I’ve been respectable till the end don’t not order here! Will re make ur food same way and no refund and GOOD LUCK TAKING YOUR ANGER OUT ON A AUTISTIC TEENAGER CAUSE I COULDNT also will tell you to come back for a cash refund and then tell you no

Its an odd subway. Drive thru is an odd exit where u are forced to drive around the back of the building to exit way at the other end and while seeing all the dumpsters and trash front all the restaurants.

I ordered through their app from this location in central South Carolina and they said they never received my payment even tho I have my card receipt that says the amount $47 and some change… that was over an hour ago
Horrible service sat ar drive thru 10 minutes before they asked me to pull up. Pulled up another 20 mins and still nothing! Will never be back!

Ordered 2 salads online asked for extra lettuce and no black olives. NOT ONE SINGLE SHRED of lettuce was in either salad and both had black olives in them. Also had fluid in bottom of salad bowls like they had just dumped extra pickle juice in them. Tried calling because I was already home and phone just rang and rang. This place is garbage. Go anywhere else.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location in particular, but the extremely young employees making my food seemed to utterly not care what they were doing. I’ve been to this location a few times thinking that I just came at a bad time or something, but honestly this restaurant needs to be shut down. They obviously don’t pay their child labor enough to make anything right, or at least decent and worthy of eating. Extremely poor attitude from staff. No attention to details when it comes to orders. Like no.. go to jersey mikes or jimmy johns. Anything else. Subway doesn’t care about their staff, and CLEARLY that has resulted in staff not caring about the product OR the customer.

The bread was stale, there wasn’t the additional meat and cheese as advertised and ordered and the employees were cold and disorganized. Tables hadn’t been cleaned and there was food on the floor everywhere. We were the only ones in there and you would have thought with at least 3 employees, that I saw, someone could have cleaned something. The counter area where the sandwiches are made was covered in food. Not at all appetizing. This was the first and last time we will ever go to that Subway location. Frankly, we’re a little gun shy to go to any Subway again.

Please hire people who know how to read. I ordered online from this location and they completely ruined the order. I ordered two subs: one without mayo with turkey and spinach, and one with mayo, ham, and pickles. They clearly didn't read the order correctly. My small sub had turkey with mayo, and the long one had ham with spinach and lettuce, which I didn't order. When I called back, the lady who answered said that they weren't at fault and wouldn't remake the subs at all. I absolutely don't recommend this location at all.
