This is the worst Subway I've been to. There's 3 employees behind the counter. 1 customers eating at a table. I'm standing in font of where you order. No one spoke to me literally 5min. Then the girl doing the bread said she will be with you shortly speaking to the girl that was behind the meat. Waiting for another 10 minutes literally no one said a word. I just turned and left. This is so sad !!! Subway used to be good. The manager and owner should be discussed with this crew working there.

They suppose to have a motto of "sandwich artist" and the prep of the subs are nothing to show that feat no distribution of the veggies to enjoy the subOrdered online and the offer got short by 2

Not impressed with the manager of this location. My daughter only wanted 2 items on her sub and he would not make it without an up charge. I am sure it doesn’t matter but I would not give them my business.

Cassidy is an entire Sandwich Artist rockstar! This location is our favorite around because of her bubbly personality, calm demeanor, gentle and genuine leadership/teamwork, and attention to detail. You guys have a gem of an employee in her and we as consumers are sure grateful for how enjoyable she strives (and succeeds) to make our Subway experiences.Thank you, Cassidy, for who you are and all you do! Not sure why most reviews are negative. Just went in today and the only negative was that they were a bit slow but who isn't nowadays- at least they have people wanting to work. Clean place and kind servers. Just remember- if you are unkind to people that are serving you then you just need to check your attitude. Forever Subway

EVERY TIME I go to this location it takes 30+ minutes, Ive been charged wrong the last 3 times, I was given the completely wrong sub last time I was here..... it's a hot mess here and they need to get someone in there that knows what they're doing. You can see the attached picture, I'm not the only one to feel this way. The OWNER essentially accused me of lying about 2 bags of chips and a Large Tea.... The last time they screwed my sub up HE told me to freeze my sub and bring it back!? What? The owner is unprofessional to say the least, the older lady can't keep up..... just save your time and money! I could've sat down at a decent restaurant for what I paid today and how long I waited! Do better or get out of customer service!

Whoever is the girl working a shift at 8:30pm on April 19th 2023 needs to be fired. Not only did we have to wait for 10 minutes to even be greated or get our order taken. But the service from this girl was rude, and like she didn’t want to be here. That’s fine, please don’t work in customer service if you have HORRIBLE customer service. The bread wasn’t made, the window wasn’t even open and the 2 employees were just sitting on their phones in the dining area. Do better.

I was getting takeout for my family. My husband and son chose their orders from the Subway website. When I went in there was one woman and one young man working. I assumed I could say the name of the sandwich since it was on the website. She had no clue and told me "well I can't do it if I don't know what's on it.". Then she pulled out plain bread and said "we'll start with this". I said no and started to get my phone out to read the description. She said " I don't have a picture in front of me " and walked away. The man came and was very nice I explained it wasn't for me and I just wanted to get it right. I then ordered a six inch sub and when he got out an already sliced piece apparently it was an inch more than six inches. He proceeded to cut off the extra and throw it away. I'm sure he was trainEd to do this but the fact that Subway would rather put it in the trash than just use it is crazy. I don't care after all I was paying for six inches of bread but that is such a waste when they aren't able to use it anyway. I won't be going there again.
