Usually love visiting Zaxby's but had to visit Bojangles down the road because the Chapin location hired a real smart *ss! Visited on 12/22/22 and when ordering the chicken sandwich, I was asked how I wanted it and I said I'd like it tossed in the hot sauce and she said we can't toss the sandwich in sauce Ma'am! Really? Hire someone with better common sense....didn't have the energy to deal with the attitude today so just left.
Love their garden Cobb salad, however last two times no hard boiled egg on it! NO BACON Also this time tomato was soggy

Went to the Chapin SC one for lunch today and our order was totally wrong. there were two if us so the girl gave us three cups. we ordered a sandwich each and we were going to share a large order of fries. we ended up with a sandwich meat and large fries. my husband went back up to the counter to tell them and they got very defensive. said that's what we ordered. then another lady came over to see what the problem was so he explained and she actually yelled at my husband...read full review
