Great lunch experience, quick and attentive service. Ask for the house hot sauces if you are used to more spiciness.

Considered ourselves regulars, my wife and I brought our two boys with us for the first time. The hostess seating us offered a front-center seat which was crowded and busy. I declined and requested other seating, the server said sorry and it couldnt be done because of [food & beverage reasons] (there were other tables available).

A big thanks to “Agaves Cantina”, for supporting us and giving back to the community! We found their establishment and we enjoyed their food and drinks and were able to connect with them and we were able to do something especial! Food was pretty tasty. Ordered wasn't correct but it was OK. It is very loud so if you want to hear it would be better to sit outside weather permitting. Food is usually very good hear.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! AMAZING AND I RECOMMEND! I’ve been multiple multiple times with my family, and it’s always a good experience. The place for tables outside is a good place for youngsters to play. The food is always good. I love the the enchiladas! I would put some pics, but i’m chopped in all of them. I totally recommend, for if you live near WA or if you’re visiting charleston! Totally go here for some yum in your tum mexican food. My favorite mexican restaurant I’ve honestly ever been too!

Great staff and Mexican atmosphere Mexican food is amazing too, me and my family always go there and they have a ton of room and outdoor seating so big parties can sit and be fit, bathrooms are really nice too would use them again, I love love love this place and the enchiladas especially they are amazing

Agaves Cantina in West Ashley has yummy-lishous food!🥘 I had the Pollo de Crema 🐔 for the first time (I usually have a Chimi which is also Fantastic!) and my meal was so tasty, Chef's 😘!!! I have to give this restaurant five incredible stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Server Jose was very professional and knowledgeable about the offerings! I'll be back like the Terminator! 🕶

Love this place. Good Food and service prices are reasonable, best Mex in West Ashley. Not your typical Margarita shack like the other so called Mexican places in the region

The quality and integrity of the food and dishes has significantly decreased in the last few months. We've enjoyed eating at Agaves regularly often celebrating birthdays and occasions with family. Unfortunately, dining in or delivery, both have suffered. The tacos ordered were so greasy the bottom part of the shell was blown out and resembled more of a deconstructed dish. The food quality and portions are mediocre at best. The cheese dip contained so much grease that we could scoop it out of the dish with a deep spoon and still left the cheese a dark orange color (chorizo grease). Bottom line: disappointing.

Ate here with my family and we all really enjoyed it. I’m glad this spot is close to my work because I’ll definitely be coming back! Portions were very large and filling—no one left hungry. The salsa was especially good, and every dish came out warm or hot.

Service was great and our drinks were refilled promptly without even having to ask. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which is always appreciated.

Parking can be a little limited due to how busy the shopping center gets, but it’s worth it for the quality and experience.
