I’ve eaten here plenty of times. ALL of the sandwiches are top tier quality. The service every time is also top tier and extremely polite!! I love this place and my kids do too. If you live in the area and have never had a sandwich you are doing it wrong.

No gluten free option in 2025 is surprising. Every sandwich place I've been to has one expect this place

On a recent visit to Alvin Ord’s, I ordered a BLT sandwich. I was surprised to find the sandwich was prepared with bacon bits rather than bacon strips that are typically used. The substitution significantly altered the quality of the sandwich. I suspect this was a direct result of me not leaving a tip at the time of my order.

Great sandwiches in a unique style. We love the Salvation!

Love their sandwiches and taco salad. Prices are a bit much but that is OK when the food is good. Call ahead for a take out order. Dining area is not very big. Always nice and courteous staff.

Popped in on a whim while on vacation in Charleston, and ended up having one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! Staff was friendly and even provided recommendations of other places to eat while we were in town. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the food!

First time visiting, ate in the store. Sandwiches were great! Dude behind the counter has a LOT to learn about customer service , social skills, and all around not be so entirely off putting that it’s now tainted my thoughts on ever coming back. If you have grievances with in your establishment about your work environment , or co workers, don’t broadcast it for every customer there! Also, pick your head up and look at people when they enter your establishment… seriously it’s a small effort with a large impact!
