Brandon and Brooklyn was the best staff I seen in a long time I appreciate them for helping me and my cousins to have food for tomorrow for work in the morning.

Still Here

I waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the counter to wait on me. I went and found someone who told me they would be with me in a couple minutes.
I ordered 2 shakes (1 large chocolate and 1 large mint chocolate).
The server brought them to the wall by the pickup area and placed them on top of the partition wall. They had no lids on them and she proceeded to put the whipped cream on top of each one and then put the mint chocolate cut up pieces on top of the mint chocolate shake from a small cup.
She put the lid on the mint chocolate and my husband told her he didn't want one on the other.

I walked over to the area where the straws were and proceeded to take the lid off the mint chocolate and eat the small pieces that were on top because they were too big to fit through the straw (they were not good to me at all).
The shake itself was not good either. She had taken green mint chocolate flavoring I assume and rolled it around the inside of the cup before she put vanilla shake into the cup then put the whipped cream on top and the chips on top of that. It wasn't mixed or stirred in any way. If I wanted a vanilla shake with a slight hint of coloring and flavoring then this shake would have been great however I wanted a mint chocolate shake and this was far from it!
I don't plan to come here again and I sure won't be ordering a mint chocolate shake from Arby's again!
The reason for 2 stars is because my husband said his chocolate shake was good.

They should close this restaurant. The service is terrible. How can a drive-thru always be closed during the day? Arby's was known back in the day for great service. Do us a favor and close it down if you can't properly manage it.

Drive-thru is never properly manned and the customer service is bottom tier. This location would get a ton of business, because the location doesn't have much more to offer. They just need to correct the staffing issues and invest in stronger management.

This place is a gross joke every employee rude cuz they ate on there phone it's never busy prob 100 sandwiches a day so the fact the shake is down it bad employee not wanting too

Get off your phone and serve your customers. It's not that hard! 4 people were waiting in line while she was playing on her phone in the back and then when one lady asked her for help she pretended that she didn't see customers waiting. The place is as dirty as it gets. I would have walked away if I had a choice.

2:00 PM on Sunday 7/21 pulled up to drive through and sat there for several minutes with no one responding. Parked and came inside and see two employees just standing there with no customers. Decided to go elsewhere. Some manager is just throwing away payroll.

pretty busy, for how understaffed they were. I came in clearly right after a rush, as there were 8 people eating and it was a mess. Drive thru was down and i had to come in, which is fine, but as a young girl, not entirely safe. Well, I had to eat, so I came in and watched the cashier do something else for a good 8 mins before she walked up to me. Again, I could tell it wasn't her fault, and she was very nice—it's because the store was so understaffed. The soda fountain was down, the lids were out, the place was a mess, the other soda fountain that I was directed to was flat, and the lady making the food took her precious time on the one beef and cheddar sandwich that I ordered. It took 10 mins. Not ridiculous, but there were only 2 other people who ordered, and neither of them ordered more than a meal. the food was good and the workers were nice.
