Moni was working at the Arby's inside the Pilot on N. Rhett and Remount Road. It was 7PM and she let two customers wait until they just left, then one customer waited tried to order and she said she was out of what he wanted. I walked up and I asked of she had the beef for beef and cheddar she said she had it but she was closed and she has already wiped down her shaver. I asked her when she closed? She said 8PM but she was by herself. I told her its only 708PM, she said fine man what you want 1lb or 1/2lb, and proceeded to say some ppl are so inconsiderate. I said ma'am where I work as a manager at Parkers and if i found out that my employees were turning ppl away I would be upset even when the kitchen is short staffed I expect customers to be taken care of. She was rude, had an attitude and apparently she turned several ppl away until I insisted she make my food. The other ppl came back up and she took their orders. When my order was actually completed she threw the bag on the counter said here... with a lobby full of ppl, a gentleman asked who it was for she said my name and said I was stating right at her which I wasn't my daughter was. I hve nvr had such disrespectful rude service from an Arby's better yet an Arby's inside the Pilot. Someone needs to work on that... nasty nasty service.

Waited and waited while the only worker there was in the bathroom. No problem with that, but then she's got attitude for days. I walked off. I was very nice after the wait to get rude tone. Do better

THIS STORE IS THE WORST, every time I go there the drive thru is down, it takes 15 mins to order inside and they NEVER have AuJus sauce……. Just throw the whole store away.

Still Here

I waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the counter to wait on me. I went and found someone who told me they would be with me in a couple minutes.
I ordered 2 shakes (1 large chocolate and 1 large mint chocolate).
The server brought them to the wall by the pickup area and placed them on top of the partition wall. They had no lids on them and she proceeded to put the whipped cream on top of each one and then put the mint chocolate cut up pieces on top of the mint chocolate shake from a small cup.
She put the lid on the mint chocolate and my husband told her he didn't want one on the other.

I walked over to the area where the straws were and proceeded to take the lid off the mint chocolate and eat the small pieces that were on top because they were too big to fit through the straw (they were not good to me at all).
The shake itself was not good either. She had taken green mint chocolate flavoring I assume and rolled it around the inside of the cup before she put vanilla shake into the cup then put the whipped cream on top and the chips on top of that. It wasn't mixed or stirred in any way. If I wanted a vanilla shake with a slight hint of coloring and flavoring then this shake would have been great however I wanted a mint chocolate shake and this was far from it!
I don't plan to come here again and I sure won't be ordering a mint chocolate shake from Arby's again!
The reason for 2 stars is because my husband said his chocolate shake was good.

They should close this restaurant. The service is terrible. How can a drive-thru always be closed during the day? Arby's was known back in the day for great service. Do us a favor and close it down if you can't properly manage it.
