I went to lunch at the Arby's on Ashley Phosphate Road in Charleston South Carolina. As someone who's worked over 40 years in the food and beverage industry I had the worst experience I've had any restaurant. I ordered their staple classic roast beef sandwich and the new steak bites. The roast beef sandwich was so dry even the Arby's sauce couldn't save it. The steak bites were dry and tasted burnt. The best part of the $14 meal I purchased was the Hi-C fruit punch to wash the taste out of my mouth of the food. I ate about a third of the sandwich and threw the rest away. The dining room was dirty and the staff didn't seem very interested in doing their job mostly playing on their phone on the other side of the dining room. I will tell everyone I know not to go in this Arby's. I love Arby's but I will never step foot and there again.

Nothing good about this location. The driveway in and out are in horrible condition, the staff is very limited and this makes wait times longer. My service at the drive thru today would have never given me my drink if I didn't stay there saying they forgot it.

I am highly disappointed with this location. They have messed our order up twice. Today I ordered the beef and cheddar, and I specifically asked for no red ranch on my sandwich. I open my sandwich and it is submerged and soggy in red ranch. The red ranch is very overpowering. That is why I don’t want it on my sandwich. They also forgot my sauce and my fries were burnt.

Very upset that I received a sandwich with bacon on it when I requested no bacon for very specific health reasons! I did not see the bacon at first and took a bite out of the other half of my sandwich so I really hope I don’t get sick. Y’all need to do better with paying attention to special request. This is not OK.

Seriously the worse service I've ever had anywhere. I've been stuck at this pilot for 4 days and got food from here 3 of the days and everyday i stood at the register wait for 10+ minutes for anyone to even show up to take my order. This is absurd. Im right this as im in line and I've called out multiple times for someone and been standing here for 15 mins and haven't so much sees 1 person.
