Steak on the burrito was all fat and grizzle. Server brought no drinks and just stood inside. The inside and ambience was nice. Wish I just had stopped in for the bathroom and kept going.
Finally came to the table and when we asked for a refill the kitchen was closed so my wife couldn't t get a refill? Then takes the plate from in front of my wife who was wiping her mouth and walks off when my wife wasn't finished....

Disappointing Mexican food. The salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce. So we ordered a side of cheese which was just melted white cheese. Very bland. We tried to mention our dissatisfaction to our server and the manager and got no response. The positives of our experience were very quick service and fun outdoor atmosphere.

Do not eat at this restaurant they over charged my bill when I gave them a 22 percent tip this place is a ripoff and the food was not that good and the service was awful.
There are a lot better places to eat than this dump,do not go here.

Great place to eat! Great service, food, and location. The quesadillas were amazing, and the fajitas were tasty and hot. We went back 2 more times during our stay!

AZUL DOWNTOWN is confused on what a chimichanga is.......

Anyone ever had a chimichanga that looked like this? Spent my whole lunch break arguing with the work staff over what this was..... Keep in mind I HAVE HAD THE LUNCH SPECIAL AT AZUL AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, IT WAS NOT DRENCHED IN MEXICAN RED SAUCE. The lady there told me that just because I look up chimichangas on google, doesn't mean that is actually what it looks like. Safe to say they will never get my business, or my following of 50,000.

A great restaurant right in downtown Charleston.
We ate on site, outside on the beautiful colorful terrace.
As a starter there were free taccos with dip. The menu is very large, despite the cheap prices, the taste and quantity are excellent! During happy hour the beer is a dollar cheaper.
The staff is very attentive and very friendly.
We ate very tasty ?

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading to the restaurant terrace.

Service was absolutely terrible. Walked in and were sat down, waiter and their staff had attitudes and were not friendly at all. Waiter had no clue of the menu and what drinks were served at this location. Ordered drinks and a party of 5-6 people say down beside us with the same waiter, this group received food and drinks before us. We asked another waiter for our waiter to get us the bill since we didn't get drinks ordered except a sprite. The waiter tried to make us pay for a drink we never received. STAFF IS UNDOUBTEDLY RUDE. Do not recommend this establishment.

Absolutely incredible service. The waiter was so nice, and our food was delivered in about 10 minutes or less. We got a heaping bowl of nachos with the best salsa I have ever eaten. The fish tacos are also THE BEST TACOS EVER. I was just so impressed. The prices were great, especially for the massive serving sizes. You really get your money's worth here.

Azul in downtown Charleston will bring out security if you pay with an AMEX. We spent over $100 and were almost arrested and then they realized WE DID PAY BUT with an AMEX card which apparently didn’t go through because they don’t ACCEPT THAT TYPE OF CARD! May I remind Y’all that this card has no limits. They could have mentioned this before we headed out and were basically apprehended.

Extremely embarrassing and unnecessary as we had obligations at the music farm shortly after. Very rude establishment! Love the one in JI!!!

*food was good!

Food was absolutely the best Mexican Food I’ve had in a long time. Service from Wilver was excellent and the smile from the hostess as we walked in. Highly recommend to check this out, I’m visiting from Miami.
