One of our favorite Mexican restaurants on James/Johns islands. The food is great. Classic Mexican food. Service is always quick. Easy to get a table most times of the day. It does get pretty busy on the weekends but service moves quickly.

This was my first time at any Azul location, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for great Mexican food. Our group called about 15 minutes in advance, and they were able to accommodate us quickly and attentively, even with the restaurant being fairly busy. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy, our group could easily hear one another. The restaurant was decorated nicely for Halloween. Our table enjoyed all of our meals, and the service was quick and timely....

I’ve been to all the Azul’s locations. They are all consistent. This location was no different. Great service, great food, great atmosphere definitely my go to place in Charleston for Mexican food.
