This was my first time at any Azul location, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for great Mexican food. Our group called about 15 minutes in advance, and they were able to accommodate us quickly and attentively, even with the restaurant being fairly busy. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy, our group could easily hear one another. The restaurant was decorated nicely for Halloween. Our table enjoyed all of our meals, and the service was quick and timely....

I’ve been to all the Azul’s locations. They are all consistent. This location was no different. Great service, great food, great atmosphere definitely my go to place in Charleston for Mexican food.

We have eaten here often at the James Island location! However I do not think I will be back. One time we ordered their Pepe burrito before closing and the chicken was impossible to eat it was so gross and unable to even chew it! Fast forward to our dine in experience and the chicken tenders I ordered for my kids looked like waxy plastic. Never seen anything like it. The chicken in my enchiladas smelled like wet dog. This all needs to be addressed on what products you are using...
