Ordered a supreme pizza on a Friday night around 7:00 pm.When I got there the place was packed so I was exited that the pizza was going to be great but when I asked for my pizza the rude dude won't accept a $100 bill and refused to accept my cash his excuse was he did not have change of $74 .... So I was forced to use my card ... What kinda of business doesn't have $75 in change for their customers ... And after all the pizza was not that great .... #rudecustomerservice .... As a business owner I would of sent someone from my staff to get change .... But I really think the guy didn't trust me or my hundred $ ... Profiling your customers @ bakers pizza in Charleston SC is a poo poo head move .... Never going back there again.
Baker's Bar was my birthday dinner pick this year because I heard they had amazing pizza. It did not disappoint, it was just delicious! The crust was perfectly cooked and the cheese to sauce ratio was spot on for me. My teenage daughter loved their atmosphere, it felt cozy and welcoming. Our server was really attentive and super friendly. Can't wait to go back and try more pizzas!

Rude staff and terrible service. Had a to go order and after I arrived, I sat there for 30 minutes and they still hadn't started our order. I then asked to cancel the order and get a refund receipt. Staff member refused to give me a receipt, saying it wasn't possible.What business in 2023 can't issue a refund receipt??
