It’s hard to rate something when you received absolutely nothing. We were originally on the waitlist (on a Wednesday around 3:00, said it was 20-30 mins). After 20 minutes we saw two bar spots open - Great!
Sat down. And waited. And waited. Never greeted, never acknowledged. After waiting 20 minutes we flagged one of the two that were there. We learned both were already late to their breaks but they had no relief. We got two margs. They were good - tart because they press limes in front of you. He took our credit card and then took his (rightfully deserved) break. He looked tired and overwhelmed, but was nice. But then he was gone and we had no one to help. The other bartender was at the other end of the bar, serving that side and the walk up customers. Everyone at our end of the bar was left to fend for ourselves.
After 40 minutes of sitting down (I know the exact time because I texted the host stand to tell them we got a spot at the bar), we were able to flag down the only other bartender and asked about ordering food and needed an order sheet. He gave us one and never came back. We filled it out, sat it at the edge of their side, and there it sat. Finally we got tired of continued waiting, and flagged down another person (a new bartender? who showed up shortly after) and asked for the bill.
We left hungry, and extremely disappointed. Management was nowhere to be found. Everyone around us had similar experiences. The couple beside us had to ask for their check three times before someone gave it to them. Just very poor execution all around. Sad because the atmosphere is beautiful. They must work on staffing in order to be successful.

Food was okay, but a little overly spicy. Spicy does not replace flavorful, especially when the flavor gets lost behind the spice. Was also crazy busy when we were there so everyone's food came out at different times. We would give it another try if we could find a less busy time. Otherwise not worth the hassle.
Vegetarian options: Roasted cauliflower was awesome

The service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly. Very nice staff, cool place, and I love the idea of 2 bite tacos. I accepted the challenge and enjoyed 1 in 1 bite. Sauces were good, I love the jalapeño sauce, by far my fav.
Wish we had a place like this back home.

Alex is an absolute gem of a bartender! I stopped in last night around 8 for the first time. Her warm personality made my visit to the bar feel so welcoming. She’s quick, attentive, and always knows how to make the perfect drink. LOVE the caiprina. You can tell she truly enjoys connecting with customers and making their experience special. Highly recommend stopping by if Alex is working —you won’t be disappointed!

The food was amazing and came out so quick even on a busy Saturday night. But the service really stood out the most. KC took really great care of our big group and made our weekend extra special. The whole staff seemed genuinely happy and it was such a great atmosphere. A must visit when in Charleston!

This taco spot checks all the boxes. It’s great to stop in and try some unique flavors without needing to stuff yourself. The menu allows for eating different freshly prepared items and the staff are super friendly!

Me and my girlfriend went here one night after going to one of the candlelight concerts. First off, it was over crowded and a long wait even at the bar. Once we were able to finally get a drink after at least 15 minutes of waiting, we finally got our drinks and you could’ve lit them on fire, just straight alcohol. I have no problem with a strong drink and prefer one but damn they terrible.
Once we were seated, we had to use this system that’s not innovative or efficient at all, it’s a menu order and pay system and it’s a pain and annoying to use. Because of this system, we were practically ignored by all wait staff and the food took at least 40 min to get to us and it was not good either, terrible. I had to ask for our appitizer at least three times. For what we paid for and had to deal with, it was definitely not worth it, not worth the experience or let alone the price. That’s another point, very very expensive for what you get(which is not much)

Food was very oddly spiced and seasoned the elote corn was just boiled instead of charred and coverd in a very thin layer instead of regular mayo a very gross watery mayo mixed with siratcha and basically no cojita cheese and instead of paprika it was absolutely covered in cayenne pepper which made it so spicy and taste like dirt. The tacos were so small the size of the palm of your hand with very dry meat everything was very unauthentic and it was 3 dollars for basically one bite service was great but I left hungry and very unsatisfied will never be eating again.
