The store likes to lie and say they received your order two minutes before they close and when they actually received it 42 minutes before they closed. I wish I lived in the area because I would definitely stop by and talk to the manager tomorrow But unfortunately, I’m just visiting

Pretty disappointed with my last visit to Baskin Robbins. The scoops have gotten way smaller than they used to be, and it doesn’t seem like a one-time thing either. For the price, you'd expect a decent portion.

I have come in quite a few times looking for a chocolate covered cone (4 to be exact). No one was really interested in making me one. Today I came in and there were no chocolate waffle cones again. I talked to Sadie and told her the story. She said I haven't done that yet but I sure will try for you. Sadie made me the best chocolate coated cone with sprinkles I have ever had. I will be back only because of Sadie. Thank you!!!

Drive through with pup was so pleasant! Kind service. Bf got the beach themed scoop which was delicious, cotton candy&caramel etc. I got the dairy free cookies and cream and it was sooo good (coconut milk based). 1 scoop each ?taste so consistent thru the years. I highly recommend!
Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant and they currently have cookies n cream as well as chocomint in dairy free options along with a sorbet!

Walked up to the door on a Sunday afternoon with a sign on door saying "Drive Thru Only". Couple of people goofing off inside. Watched about 7 other people come up and leave instead of going through drive thru. Sick business model bro!
