Bearcat offers an exceptional dining experience. The chef is praised for pushing boundaries with flavor blending and using local, fresh ingredients. The service is attentive and helpful, with knowledgeable servers and expediters providing explanations of each dish. The menu is limited, but the dishes that are offered are sublime. The pork belly dish has room for improvement, as it was served tepid. Despite some minor issues, the restaurant's location, vibe, and atmosphere make it a worthwhile visit. The tasting menu is a great experience, and the staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. It is beautiful inside with very earthy nature vibes. The duck toast on Japanese milk bread is recommended as well as the oyster, monkfish and stroganoff. The staff made little cocktails for children. Zen and Dre balanced our table with an attentive manner.
