Almost forty dollars to get ice cream for two people here...Was prepared to overpay and indeed I did but I wasnt prepared to feel bad a couple hours later. Not worth it. I could of bought 20gallons of reasonably priced iced cream from the grocery store and eat at my convenience for the next 3years. Dont overpay for this stuff.

So listen, I didn't even know Ben & Jerry's had store fronts, as this is the first time I have ever seen one! But nevertheless, while I love them as a company, I was highly disappointed! First, you can't even physically see the ice cream before you get it cause it's in steel containers with lids. And you're not offered to taste tests smh I ordered the marshmallow sky or something, which to my surprise was blue when I got it . And to make matters worse, the girl literally scooped it lopsided smh! The worst scooping I've ever seen and it was barely hanging on. It's only 88 degrees, the ice cream, which wasn't soft served, started melting quicker than butter on a hot stove! A Chick-Fi-La cone is only $1.50 and it would NEVA! For $14 I could have bought two half gallons of Blue Bell and that's what I suggest you do!!

Great for a quick sweet treat. Got the double chocolate ice cream. Its very good and chocolatey. No seating available but they have a very small patio in front of shop to enjoy your ice cream before hitting more shops.

Omg the ice cream is delicious. I was disappointed with the caramel macchiato shake. I was expecting a thick milkshake but it was watery like an iced coffee but not as good. The staff was pleasant and the store was clean.

Not the classic Ben and Jerry’s I know and love. Some of the staff don’t carry the Ben and Jerry charm that I am used to in other locations. I am a longtime Lover of the company and can not even count the number of times I have been to Ben and Jerry’s. This location however had some off putting staff that were somewhat snoddy (especially a younger fellow) , in Charleston South Carolina of all places ! (The holy city) Hoping for a positive change in the location, I will be returning to the holy city in a few months, will have to see if the staff has been revamped.

The ice cream is neither unique nor exceptional. That said, if you need a dose of ice cream in your day, Ben & Jerry's is good, although not a great value.

Space inside pretty tight. No room for social distancing. We got the passion fruit slush drink, it was excellent. Can’t wait to go back later tonight for a cone. Workers quick and very polite.
