My stepmom and I went here for lunch yesterday and it was so good. I got the fried shrimp platter that came with fries, broccoli salad and hushpuppies. The shrimp had a very light non greasy batter. The brocoli slaw perfect and fries were not greasy and crisp shoe string. I don't normally like tartar sauce, but they make their own in house and it was delicious. One of the best lunches I have had but I am kind of picky. The server had a good vibe and the place is cozy...
Traveling through, looking for a nice treat, this was it! Had the best fried pork chop I've had period! Service great, atmosphere was fitting. A nice spot for a nice date night as well!
The other awesome thing was, I can’t have gluten (that's the not awesome part) and the wonderful and talented chef turned one of the sandwiches into a salad instead...
