This place has a great dive bar feel while maintaining an upscale feel based on its location, food, and alcohol choices. Jason, the bartender was attentive and personable. The smash burger was phenomenal. The bread was toasted just right and the fries were amazing. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great burger!Edit: I'm leaving town today. I thought about my last meal in town and decided to come back here. The food was just as good as the first time and the bartender Jenna was awesome. Great vibes here!

Excellent meal and a nice place to relax and reset after wandering around town all day. Felt cozy, and the cool, mellow atmosphere was needed after the hustle in the streets.Food was amazing! Picky eater loved the classic burger and sauce, I had the inferno burger and some brussel sprouts, and appreciated the very simple menu as well. Cash and card, no cell phone tap to pay - but we're very good about me leaving my companion there while I ran back to the car to get my wallet.Will definitely be returning!
Great little place with awesome service and good food. The place is known for their burgers but the chicken sandwich is also very good. If your out and about you gotta stop by and give it a try. They also have a pool table with a good assortment of drinks.
The burger my husband ordered was AMAZING. The chicken sandwich I got was big and dry and bland.

we were staying just down the block during our spring break. needed a quick walk due to the drizzly weather and we had seen this on our numerous dining searches anyway. plus the valet at the hotel said if he could he'd take his jacket off and go with us-so we knew it must be good. a perfect dive bar for us midwest folks who love a great dive bar. happy hour was excellent food prices and we enjoyed some local brews. our kids enjoyed it too-4 teens-not always easy to please. service was fast and friendly-you order at the bar. loved the bathrooms. loved the uniqueness. we would return!!!!!

Great bar in downtown Charleston. Went for lunch. Bartender was friendly and engaged. Nice beer selection. Food was amazing! Burger was crispy exterior but tender, crispy bacon, flavorful sauce. Pork taco was seasoned well and had tons of toppings. Not a fancy place. Casual relaxed vibe.
