Love Biggby but this is not the location to go to if you are looking for an efficient trip. Drive through had maybe 5 cars ahead of us and we were waiting for 30 min or so. Worst part is, there is no place to leave the line once you are in it due to the way the drive through is formatted. Proceed with caution or would avoid.

Great coffee, great bagels (love the sausage egg and cheese on everything). Ever since my cute lil blondie with the pigtails stopped working here it’s not been the same with the friendliness and service for me so -2 stars for that and the service but pretty good location overall

Everything is great, the people who work there love what they do and that's the difference. 👍👍
Came in this morning for a pickup. Wasn't greeted, tall fair skinned girl had a nasty attitude and was giving nasty looks to black customers but was extremely nice to white customers arriving. Darker mixed girl at the drive through pretended not to see me until I spoke up to ask if my order was behind the counter, once confirmed, she pretty much tossed the bag at me. This was my first time here and will be my last. I stood patiently waiting to be acknowledged while an older white lady was the one harassing them, not me. Sorry my services aren't welcomed.
