Really slow drive through every time.

Nice place to come and work in the afternoon. Lots of plugs. Comfy booths and chairs. Music not too loud. Service is good.

Came in this morning for a pickup. Wasn't greeted, tall fair skinned girl had a nasty attitude and was giving nasty looks to black customers but was extremely nice to white customers arriving. Darker mixed girl at the drive through pretended not to see me until I spoke up to ask if my order was behind the counter, once confirmed, she pretty much tossed the bag at me. This was my first time here and will be my last. I stood patiently waiting to be acknowledged while an older white lady was the one harassing them, not me. Sorry my services aren't welcomed.

I have loved Bigby’s for 10+ years and want to support smaller coffee places that are not St*rbucks. I have been a consistent regular at the West Ashley location for 3 years and I feel as if the staff is not being supported by their upper management as of recently. They seem extremely understaffed and undertrained in order taking and beverage production. The girls that work there are so nice but from a quality standpoint your business is getting slower because they are not being able to give quality service due to not being supported. Please provide them with higher pay/more intense training/more staff because this place will definitely go out of business if it continues on its current path. There are great family owned shops near by and I’d hate to see Bigby go under its own knife.

This is our favorite coffee shop! Theyre jolly and joyous . Our favorite baristas are bree and dasha and hailey and autumn and ashley and theyre so cool and nice . Ps bree makes the best matcha !

I don’t come here often but it’s always a nice experience here. Especially if you get the nice girl with the black and white tattoos! She’s always super sweet!

Great baristas, great coffee and an absolutely top notch space for working. Many shops don't put the effort in for electrical outlets and comfy seating, but this place has it all.

One comment for improvement are the cubbies, they're an awesome idea but when I sat there the seat felt too low and the table too far for my liking. You can see where I posted up in the video, very comfy work place.
