I have loved Bigby’s for 10+ years and want to support smaller coffee places that are not St*rbucks. I have been a consistent regular at the West Ashley location for 3 years and I feel as if the staff is not being supported by their upper management as of recently. This is our favorite coffee shop! Theyre jolly and joyous . Our favorite baristas are bree and dasha and hailey and autumn and ashley and theyre so cool and nice . Ps bree makes the best matcha !

Great baristas, great coffee and an absolutely top notch space for working. Many shops don't put the effort in for electrical outlets and comfy seating, but this place has it all.

One comment for improvement are the cubbies, they're an awesome idea but when I sat there the seat felt too low and the table too far for my liking. You can see where I posted up in the video, very comfy work place.
