I loved everything about our experience at this coffee shop. Their coffee and treats were delicious and the service was outstanding! Our barista was celebrating 5 years with the coffee shop!!! I stumbled on this coffee shop thanks to the high Yelp reviews, little did I know I would have a wonderful story to tell and business to recommend to others!! I whole heartedly believe in their mission and can't wait to be back in Charleston to get more coffee and merchandise!! Best coffee shop experience in my lifetime!!!

Such a great ambiance, yes service is a little slow but, I support the cause the was staff nice they have a good selection of souvenirs. The coffee wasn't bad it was a little stronger than I expected and the price is decent for the size I got. Just remember to have patience and empathy.

Staff and drinks were great. Manager was rude. My husband and I went in with 3 college girls. They purposefully wanted to visit Bitty and Beau’s when we were doing a trip to Charleston. My daughters friends encouraged my her to talk to the manager (about her master’s capstone on special needs children and adults after school) since we drove over two hours from Myrtle Beach. Anyhow, the manager was very rude. As an executive in leadership , I made excuses to cover her lack of customer service and treating others with respect and kindness. She left a bad lasting impression on the young ladies. It totally ruined the experience for us.

I knew nothing about this place, but will make a point to visit any of them I see when I visit. The staff are great. They give you 100%. The drinks were good. Go in with patience and learn something. If you don’t leave with heart full of enthusiasm you missed out. I will go out of my way to visit a Bitty and Beaus over any other coffee shop. Their purpose is real.
