I went in here in morning time. I was picking up a GrubHub. This is the second or third time I've been to the store and every time I go there they are very rude and slow at filling orders. This particular time I had a lady make all five of the delivery orders mine was the first one she finished making. She refused to give any of them out until she got all five of them done. So I ended up having to stand there in an extra 10 to 15 minutes waiting on her to fill all the orders. Then she gave me my order didn't ask me to confirm it in front of her. She's screaming at me and another delivery driver as we going towards the door. she's yelling at us to confirm our orders over and over again in front of five or six customers that are standing in line. Then the rude part comes we got you on camera if you didn't confirm. If the restaurant is worried about delivery driver stealing the food. Get them to confirm it before you give them the bag. So you're not being rude and nasty to people when they're trying to leave in front of a restaurant full of customers. I thought it was really unprofessional of this lady to be screaming like that at me and the other driver that was leaving because she could have got us to confirm the orders in front of her. This is some of the worst service I've had when picking up orders thank you and have a great day

No biscuit with my supreme dinner. Tea came in a small water cup. Got about 12 fries. All for over $11. Total scam on a sketchy block. Stay away.

I will never come back to this location. My chicken sandwich was raw, so I went to return it and was met with a bad attitude from the kitchen. The only saving grace was the lady at the window.

My friends and I came in and immediately got greeted by the manager. And then Shayanna at the register was so kind and pleasant to talk to. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Such a nice experience we were very pleased!!

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I waited in the drive through as car number 4 for 36 minutes!!! If I wasn’t trying to get food for my entire family I would have left sooner but then when I got my order it was all wrong and the people at the window were SO rude!!! Hopefully they were having a bad day because service was TERRIBLE TODAY!

2 people and 22 minutes. Thats how many people were eating inside this Bojangles and long I waited in drivethru before leaving. Nope, never even made it to the drivethru window to pay. I Simply left. Bad service doesn't deserve my business.

Order through the app for curbside delivery, said it would be ready 10min after placing. I pull up just 2 min before, posted “I’m here” through the app, sat at the curbside delivery spot for 20 min, then drove around and sat through the drive thru for another 10 min before finally reaching the window. I then was told “I’m sorry, we only have three people” and to “come inside” I cannot come inside. I understand being short staffed and told him that, then asked where I can pull up so they can bring the order out. “Pull into the curbside pickup 1 spot” okay. Did that. Have been sitting here for another 20 from the time I’m writing this. I still have not been brought my order and they can see me still sitting here waiting. What is going on? The drive thru is moving fine, but why do I have to wait ALMOST AN HOUR after I ordered ahead of time so I WOULDNT have to wait for a long time bc I know I always have to wait 5-8 minutes when I order a steak biscuit.
Once I went through the drive thru they should have gotten my order ready and brought it out to me as soon as possible instead of steady rolling through the driveway thru not caring about a customer that’s sat here for over AN HOUR as the time I am finishing writing this.
Unbelievable.

When we first walked in and placed our order with the cashier. It was a nice looking black man with dreads. However, when we tried to play start order we had to repeat ourselves and excessive amount of times like it was getting ridiculous. This guy could not remember something we said 5seconds ago and he had to review her order with us twice. Then on top of this confusion after a short wait we started receiving our food. But at first we only received the first part of our order which was a four piece supreme. Wait to wait another 10 minutes for the second half in which he forgot multiple parts of the order like fries, a whole drink etc. then after we received our food and started eating one of the eggs on the egg and cheese biscuit was overcooked to the point that it wasn't edible. Do not eat here ever.
