Asking someone to come in when they have a large order when they're in the drive-through is crazy. I had a baby in the car. I don't care I would wait however long in the drive-through but then they got a attitude cause I wouldn't come in.

slow service. never any sides ready and always an issue when you try to order them. dirty interior. order hardly ever correct. workers loud and obnoxious the entire time. only reason i continue to come back is because it's the only bojangles close enough to make the drive worth it.

I got a chicken sandwich that was so disgusting, the entire thing was tough and slimy. it’s was a small little patty and not like the normal crispy breading. i’ve contacted bojangles two different ways and have never received an email back, even after clicking the follow up selection. That sandwich made me throw up a few times.

This is one of the best Bojangles in the Charleston area. I almost always have a positive experience here. The food was fresh and delicious and all of the staff was super friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere is pretty typical of fast food places but seemed much cleaner in the dining area than a lot of places.
I stop here for the Bo-rounds, and go on my way..
