I was going to have breakfast at Bojangles this morning and take it back to the place I was staying on vacation. I noticed the drive thru was backed up and Bojangles was busy. I decided to pull into a parking spot and go in.I haven’t even got parked good and this free loader walked up to my vehicle and wanted money. I told him he needed to find himself a job. I said to myself I am not going through with this so I left and I noticed 2 more cars that pulled into the parking lot left also.I don’t want to hurt any business but I will not support someone habit and a restaurant that has this kind of stuff happening.There is to many places that help people in the community so why hinder and bother customers that just want a good breakfast or lunch.This is Bojangles off Ashley Phosphate Road ,North Charleston,SC 29418

Dominique was very professional when it came to handling a tough situation! The customer was very nasty and rude towards her while she was being a complete sweetheart and for her to not catch an attitude back was very refreshing to see in todays service industry! Keep up the great work!!

There's so much foot traffic and people coming in/out that it hurts the patron experience, but my service cashier was great and made the food but didn't ask a key question of spicy or mild chicken. The food was good, though.
I had #14. The chicken breast was undercooked if that's possible. Was jiggley and mushy right under the skin and skin was soggy. I was traveling and did not want to get back off the highway. A complete waste of money.
